5) Spend way too much money on cheese and cheese accessories

7) Profit; go home happy!
Be warned, though: some of the cheeses are quite, uh...potent. I purchased a three-pack of various aged Old Amsterdam gouda, each more mature, robust and, well, let's just stay, odorous than the rest. The first two were absolutely delicious, but the third was too much for even my strong stomach, palate and olfactory senses. You'll recognize it by the salt and "sweat", and the aroma will hit you like a freight train when you crack the seal. read more
