So at work today I went and placed a order thru ubereats which says it does business with this restaurant but it does not I repeat it does not I waited 1.5 hours for my food not knowing this finally I call here and the informed me of this I explained to them the situation and the ladies said they'd have me taken care of in 15 to 30 mins but they did better then that I had my food in 15 at my job. Cute bar where locals hang out and the food is super inexpensive and good. My favorite beer is the local Dotted Cow and of course the cheese. The Buffalo boneless wings come in many flavors, my favorite is the classic Buffalo and the Chipotle. Highly recommend! And YES I look forward to coming back. read more

After receiving our food last Friday, I had bit into my sandwich and found the onions were charred crispy on my philly cheese steak. I waited 30 minutes after getting my food for the waitress to check on our table. Meanwhile there were only three other tables and another waitress/bartender. I sat there patiently waiting and trying to make eye contact as I watched the waitress socialize with the patrons. I was there with my three children and a friend. By the time I got up and went to the bar to complain about the food my family was nearly done eating. We were never checked on. I told the woman who took our order, showed her the burnt black onions and the sandwich with only one bite. She asked if I wanted another one. I told her I didn't because my family was already nearly done eating, I had waited over 30 mins for her to check on us and at that point I just wanted the bill. She then SNATCHED the plate from my hands, angrily said "JESUS" and spun on her heels to complain about me to the other bartender while rolling her eyes and pointing at me. I then go back to my table and sit and wait watching her point at my family and me while angrily talking to the other waitress. After a few minutes I get up to walk back to the bar and the blonde who was huffing and puffing snapped at me "I took your sandwich off the bill, okay? you're going to have to just sit and wait until I can do my till! You'll get your bill." And walked to the far back of the bar. I'm fuming at this point. I went back and asked my friend to manage the bill so I could take my kids and go. I honestly was never rude or mean. I was frustrated over her not asking if everything was good with our orders after giving us our food but I didn't deserve her disrespect. I expected mutual respect at best. I recently moved here and got rave reviews on this place in regards of food, and I will never go there again. Absolutely disgusting, degrading behavior by the staff. Although the brunette was very understanding, and she came to speak to me before I left while I simply said "I waited and hour to get my food, after a half hour of waiting for my waitress to come to my table I have to go to the bar to make you aware my food was burnt, declined to wait another hour whereas everyone is nearly done eating and I have work. I simply wanted my bill. I didn't even ask for a refund! I just asked for my bill and I get treated like this?" And left. DONT GO HERE!!! unless you enjoy getting treated like you're an inconvenience. I'm truly disappointed. I had high hopes of this being a regular establishment to take my family to... I'm just grateful that bakery place was open and not far, pizza was fantastic and the people were awesome. Ordered delivery while staying in a local hotel on a Friday night. We had a BLT, several appetizers and two fried perch dinners. The food was really good! The perch was lightly breaded and didn't lose any of its flavor. They used a golden potato for the baked option and it was cooked perfectly. The marble rye toast was really good. The food was inexpensive and the portions were not shorted at all. At 8:00 pm on a Friday night, a 30 minute delivery time can't be beat!! read more

We stopped for lunch on the way to Door County and it's located right on Main St ( Hwy 151). My girlfriend has a Rachel (Reuben with turkey) and I had the Beer Burger. Both were good, but I'd recommend getting fries (upcharge) vs kettle chips. The chips are not made in-house. Overall, the meal was good, the bartender/server was very attentive and pleasant. Wow, came here on Sat. Night before a Packers game, and the service totally sucked. We have been here for over an hour, had to flag someone down to get our 2nd beers ordered! Ordered food with an appetizer that I watched the server pretty much take all around the bar before bringing it to us, yes, it was ours. Our main dish took an hour to get! Once it arrived the food was great. Fries were crispy and had great flavor, the buffalo chicken wrap, according to my wife, was delicious but could have been a little spicier. The broccoli cheese poppers were fantastic. Son and daughter-in-law has the beer cheese burgers and loved them! The only reason this is getting 2 stars is because of the food. The service was horrible. We were here last year for a game as well and thought maybe the bad service was due to a dart tournament in the next room, well, theres a birthday party tonight, pretty sure it wasnt spur of the moment, why the hell wouldnt you have more than 3 people working on a Saturday night?
