I was recently at STACKT Market to visit Las Muns. I drove from work in Mississauga on a Wednesday afternoon. Parking spots are limited at this market. I recommend parking on a side street. There's also paid parking across the street at Farm Boy's underground lot. Las Muns sells handmade empanadas. I loved this store. The empanadas were delicious. There were lots of flavours to choose from. There were a couple of vegan options, too. Most businesses run out of shipping container storefronts. It's cool design-wise. The downside of visiting during a weekday is that not all businesses are open. I'd estimate that at least half the businesses weren't available for me to peruse. As an example, Dayday Film is a camera store. I like looking at digital cameras from decades past. This place refurbishes older cameras and supports photography through them. Sadly, I couldn't visit this place, as it's only open on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. There's an open patio space that looked cute. I can see this space being popular when it's warmer outside. The lanterns and the Tiny Tom Donuts stand made me happy. There were heaters in this area. Maybe there are winter activities that happen here, but it didn't look like it with snow on the picnic tables. There was also a nicely decorated piano with snow on it. I see it being a nice place to hang out in the summertime. There are places to grab a snack or a drink. If you're looking for a dine-in restaurant, the only one that I saw was Sundays Pasta Lab. It was open when I was there. It's closed on Mondays. I'm glad that I finally got to check this space out. Normally, I drive past it to see a concert or a hockey game. It was a nice change. (103)

I still find there aren't as many restaurants and stores in the area. Area can be sectioned off for ticketed events. I don't think it's enough of a pull to visit here without an event happening so definitely check out their schedule. I've been here for multiple types of events held by brands, clubs, and festivals. From yoga/pilates, socials to foodie type of events, most recently I went to Smoked and paid for a series of delicious eats at $7.50 a dish for a good charitable cause. Often there are brands and companies doing pop-ups here. Though be wary I've heard the lines are long for any of those "freebies" gift bag events thrown by brands. I never bothered with those but I heard the lines are long.

HOWEVER the reason I am leaving such a poor rating is because the washroom NEVER works it is always out of survive and when it does it smells if not bad awful. The blue dye on the paper used on the plates and the cabbage comes off on the food that can't be safe. Not only that but most of the time when you make a complaint or a comment nothing changes. The boss is great but has not been in for about 2 months and although he's a great guy but we can really tell how much more relaxed the staff is and sometimes how much better they work together without him there... anyways the food is pretty good do as you please with this information.

This thing was steaming and it smelt so good. I had it while warm, and the bread was so soft but also springy. The potatoes were seasoned well. It was much larger than I expected and there are a lot of potatoes, so I can see this being around 2-4 servings! Butter tart - extremely sweet, exactly what you expect from a butter tart. However, the shell and sprinkle of flaky salt set it apart from other ones I've tried. I can see why everyone comes here for it, but this dessert itself is not my favourite. I had it fresh but bought extra to keep in the fridge. It reheats nicely in the air fryer. Pear and brie galette - not super great. It didn't seem as fresh as the other two, the pastry was kind of dry and dense. Not a lot of pear flavour came through, and the brie was also flat and dry. I had it within an hour of purchase without reheating, maybe a few minutes in the oven would've made a difference.

The cookie was delicious, but had an absurd amount of salt, all in one spot. Flicked some off before digging in. When I came home, I realized my baked goods box had been crushed by the bread. No wonder, when I weighed it, it was almost a kilo! Such a good price for the size. I'm still going through the bread (froze it to reheat), and it has a perfect crust and a good seaweed flavour. Not only do you purchase tickets in advance for food and reservation, when you go that price does not include drinks or the service charge. Additionally for the price we paid, the food was down right gross. 1. It took us 45 minutes to get a drink. 2. We were over an hour and half in before we got food 2. The rolls they served I'm pretty sure were Hawaiian Rolls with a side of garlic butter 3. The soup, I don't know what the hell was in it but by the time we got it, it was cold and I couldn't even, it it GROSS. 4. You get a choice of beef chicken and we got one of each. The chicken was so salty and insanely dry I could not eat it. The beef was supposed to be short rib, it was pot roast. 5. You had to take a golf cart to get to the restrooms. In the end they bring you a final check we knew would be a service fee and drink charges. I about hit the floor. For what they charged for drinks I could nicely stock a small bar. Beware of "death by fees". We were charged a fee to rent the dome, a service fee, a credit card fee, a processing fee when we prepaid for the dinner AND and another service fee on the final check which by the way was over the entire bill including the prepaid portion. (In which we already paid a fee) In the end the price for 6 people cost more than an all day trip to Epcot at Disney and would have got better food and drinks there. There's a mix of genuine vintage (in varying states of wearability--I saw a few broken zippers and torn sleeves) and stage costumes, but the selection is absolutely incredible and the prices are on par with what you'd see in Kensington Market. The best part is the incredible size range--there are tons of clothes in double-digit sizes. Sizes aren't marked, though some dresses have masking tape labels with bust and waist measurements. The bonbons are very colourful and are decorated artfully, and above all, tasty. There were so many flavours, making it hard to choose. They make thousands of bonbons everyday in a 3600 sq ft kitchen. There is a single lady operating the trailer. The customer service is good. The bonbons are really good! In 2018, founder Kata, showed off her bonbons at a "One of a Kind" show with a table. They became the hit of the show! She sold bonbons in her spare time. She then founded a small store called Lion Coffee. Then she opened up a store, Chocolate de Kat, on St. Clair Ave W. Now in Dec 2024, she uses a little trailer to sell her bonbons at the Queen's Cross Food Hall. This is a pop-up that opened early Dec 2024. There is free WiFi from the mall.
