Before I signed up we went over my goals and struggles in detail. I was told what to expect and what will be expected from me. CrossFit sounds really intimidating for somebody who hasn't been physically active in a long time, but I received all the information I need to succeed. From the day one every time I walk through their door I am being greeted by name. Coaches follow up on my progress, and always encourage me to push myself. I truly enjoy workouts, and that we do something different every time.

I have had many personal trainers throughout the years and none can compare to the quality of care given by the Behemoth coaches. Each class is full of instruction which allows you to feel comfortable and confident in your work out. Coach Aja checks in often to see how your meal plan is going and to answer any questions you may have. Everyone is very nice and welcoming, it truly is a great vibe and feels like family. You will leave your workout feeling accomplished!

It's a hidden gem right off of Jones Road. The gym itself has everything you need - from equipment to dumb bells, and even TRX bands. I wasn't sure how I felt about it being 24 hours but it's always been clean, locked, and safe as there are cameras. I decided to sign up for personal training and haven't looked back. There aren't classes as Frank takes a personalized approach on Fitness. Coming from F45 where it was kinda rushed and I didn't get to lift heavy, I like that and have seen better results. He's credentialed in woman's fitness & corrective exercise which has been very helpful for me. His background in the military also helps as he's gonna ensure you're held accountable and will check in. There's definitely something about community that makes a gym successful and I think that's part of what will drive results. You're not going to find intimidating vibes here. There are definitely regulars but they have all been inviting in my experience. If you're looking to get stronger without injuring yourself, this is your spot!

I thought my dreams of being in-shape and fit were over until I met Frank. He's a personal trainer, a veteran, and he specializes in rehabilitation and rebuilding your body. I've been with a lot of trainers over the years in hopes to regain a body worth being proud of after being injured. I don't believe I would have been able to get as big and as strong without Frank. Since joining his gym and having him as a trainer, I've increased my squat from 185lbs to 500lbs, my bench from 135lbs to 315lbs, and my deadlift from 225lbs to 500lbs. The progress took a lot of time, but time is all I have, so I decided to invest it in a great trainer! Thank you Frank!

Every class is challenging, motivating, and somehow still a lot of fun. David, Evelyn, and Brandon are phenomenal trainers. They know exactly how to push you past the point where your brain is saying, "Absolutely not," while somehow convincing you that one more round is a great idea. They're encouraging, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in everyone's progress, whether you're brand new or training for your next HYROX race. The atmosphere is what really sets this gym apart. Everyone is welcoming, supportive, and cheering each other on. It's the kind of place where people celebrate your wins, laugh through the pain, and somehow make burpees seem like a reasonable life choice... almost. Be warned: You'll leave stronger than you ever thought possible, you'll develop a love-hate relationship with sled pushes, and you'll probably discover muscles you didn't know existed. Walking downstairs after leg day becomes an Olympic event. If you're looking for a gym that's serious about results without taking itself too seriously, Adrenaline Fitness and Performance is the place to be. Just don't expect your legs to forgive you.

April was our instructor and we had a small class of 4 people. Classes are held in the pool. I was a little scared of falling in the water and everyone did at one point but we mostly stayed on the boards doing the various yoga poses. The class was about 50 minutes long and very well worth the cost of 45.00. We were able to tighten the tether to keep the boards from shifting so much during class. They offer other dates and times and also Pilates.

My wife, our son, and I recently signed up for a family membership here, paying a premium $350 a month. As a below-the-elbow amputee, my options at any gym are highly restricted. I have to bring my own adaptive equipment to use the machines, which severely limits what I can physically do on the floor. I showed up around 5:30 PM and, understandably during peak hours, the few upper-body machines I could use were occupied. I decided to pivot and do lower body instead. I went to use a squat rack that was completely empty. However, staff stopped me and said I wasn't allowed to use it because a small CrossFit class was taking place in that section. Even though the specific platform I needed was entirely unoccupied, they refused to let me use it due to a rigid blanket policy. Denying an amputee access to an unused machine when my options are already so limited is ridiculous. I went to the front desk manager hoping for some common sense, but they were completely dismissive and unaccommodating. I'm not looking for special handouts, just basic logic and respect from a facility charging premium prices. Because of this complete lack of customer service and absolute refusal to apply common sense, I immediately canceled my personal portion of the membership. If you have any sort of physical limitation, do not expect this gym or its management to accommodate you.

This was my first time at the Cypress location and everyone was really nice and accommodating. They break it up into a strength session with multiple exercises with weights, bands, trx straps and step bench. Some are done on the floor too. They have mats to use. Rowers are next then treadmill. You can choose what you want to do first. The instructor will lead you through each segment in 2-3 groups. One group on treadmills, the other group on strength. Got checked in and waited for Miguel to start the session. He had the right mix of structure and level of difficulty to keep me engaged. The strength training segment was hard because the heavier weights were used and I had to get used to that. The rowing and treadmill were easier for me. I will come back to his class. He was very good and upbeat and demonstrated the moves. Also offered to walk me around before class which I appreciated. I like the location too, it's nice and clean.
