CheckSmart took the funds from my account plus the fee for the loan and would not cash the money order because their collections takes 14 days to clear. I originally left a good review, but I realized this was not the correct location. I came to this…read morelocation Friday and did not have a good experience. The woman working had an attitude from the moment I arrived. When telling me the documents she needed, she was very short and rude. After I left, I realized that she kept my original documents. When I went back to get them, she acted like I had done something wrong and was extremely irritated. The location on West Washington Street is the polar opposite. They are always so nice and helpful. Definitely NOT the vibe here! I will keep all of my business with the West Washington Street location from now on.
