I was rear…read moreended in the spring of 2023, INFB was quick to process my claim after the person who hit me with cut rate insurance wouldn't cover it. It was totaled out. Even though I was paid for my vehicle no problem, I felt unsupported. I had to constantly call, follow up, chase down info with them & do all the work. Isn't that what I pay insurance to do for me in these stressful situations? Finally once this was resolved, I was told it was going to court to recoup the money they paid me & for my deductible. Fast forward almost 2 years I heard nothing. (I dropped INFB once I purchased a new car because of this whole experience) I call to follow up to see where the case is at & my $500 bc at this point I've waited long enough for a crash that wasn't my fault. I called my old agent (Logan Bowers) who was now promoted & couldn't care less, he did nothing to help me. I called back into generic claims, INFB passed the buck to the law firm, who told me this case is no longer being pursued bc they can't find the guy. Did anyone reach out to me to notify me? Did I get a check for my deductible? NO, they just hoped it would all disappear & they wouldn't have to pay me. Thank god someone cared & followed through on their word & contacted the adjuster & a week later I was refunded my deductible. Long story short, I wouldn't trust anyone's word here & the support/help is non existent. Took 2 years to get my deductible back at a no question accident.
