My wife tried the fried shrimp and found the batter light and not overpowering, though the seasoning seemed to be just in the breading rather than the shrimp itself. Service was courteous and patient as you navigate a huge menu selection on their board. Culver's was quiet as a typical restaurant and not fast food variety. From the jefe holding the door open to welcoming us, to our server suggesting off-menu vegetarian options, we could hardly believe how welcome we felt.
