The restaurant area was nice, not very large, and most of the tables were filled by lunch time. There appeared to be only one server for lunch and while she did her best to keep up, the service got pretty slow as the tables filled up. The menu was varied with plenty of selections and prices were comparable to other similar restaurants in town. Everyone seemed to like the food they ordered, but I have to say the portions were much smaller than expected. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich and fries. It was tasty, but the sandwich was about the size of a regular McDonalds cheeseburger, and the fries were about what you get in a small order of fries. That cost $12.95, and as a value, it was noticeably less than what you could get at any number of nearby places for the same money. It just gave us a feeling of being skimped on. All in all it was ok and I'd go back and try it again but it wouldn't be my first choice of places to go.

Our waitress was crazy busy but after she finally got to us the service was fantastic and both the manager and the owner stopped by and checked in. Funny, but later I found out the owner was the dad and the manager and our server were his kids. They do a great job of hospitality in this family. But on the most important part... The food.... Okay the apps and whatnot are pretty standard fare, and good enough. But... I'm here to tell you that you are making a huge mistake if you leave Huntingdon without ordering the Prime Rib Sandwich! It's basically a French dip, but it's easily one of the best I've ever had. Is is "the best"? It's certainly in the conversation. I'm mad I'm full, because right now I want to order another one. I am not sure about most of the other food, I hope it's good, but who cares, I'll never order anything else if I go back.
