I visited this location twice and was not offered any cash. I went after work and arrived about 20…read moreminutes before closing. The first day I was given a list of things I needed to verify my income so I returned the next day and was told I needed my bank information which provided the day before and was asked to come back the next day with copies of paystubs which I printed out in the store then I was told I had to have a copy of my bank statement with my name appearing which I printed in store, then the list kept getting longer which I manually logged into my work account remotely and showed the lady the things she asked for then she kept calling her manager and each time I was asked to present something else. This place is such a scam.... they make it impossible to pay off your loan and they lie. I just had…read moreto have major surgery and had a payment due the day after so there was no way I could leave the hospital and go pay. They told me they would not charge me any late fees and I could just make a double payment on the next due date. Well the next due date came and not only had they charged me a late fee.. they charged two late fees. The lady was rude and basically called me a liar about what she had told me previously... like I just made that up or something. So my little $250 loan became a $400 nightmare. They refuse to take payments over the phone and only accept cash and with me being in recovery from my surgery still it is very hard for me to get out and about. This place is the worst to deal with wish I had never went through them at all. Such liars and scam artists. This place is horrible.
