I left because of constant lack of…read morecommunication, constant errors on my returns and eventually when I decided to leave, in childlike form, she gave me zero access to my quickbooks information that I legally paid for so my new accountant had to start from scratch during the dead middle of tax season. Upon finding a new CPA, it was brought to my attention that she's not even a college educated CPA. You're probably better off going to H&R Block. I'm legitimately not trying to be petty but it's an absolute nightmare with her. I overpaid in taxes every year. I was so far paid up that when I started with my new CPA, I was told to not make a 1st quarter payment because I had paid so far ahead. Completely unprofessional in every sense of the word. When the IRS reaches out (which can happen for a wide range of reasons unrelated to the filings), she can handle all the communications on your behalf. I also like the online E-Organizers, sent each year to help with organizing and submitting my documents.
