If you looking to damage your credit or have every phone number of any reference you give them notified of your loan with them go for the bad experience. Talking with their inept Corporate office is even worse. It is best just to go anywhere else for anything. I do not like leaving reviews so I just sending out a warning this is not a consumer friendly company. I my opinion they should not be in business. They do not even deserve a single star. Beware.

I wish I could give Norma at the CUTX Eldorado location in Frisco more than five stars…read more I came in needing help with an issue, and Norma went above and beyond in every possible way. She did not simply answer my questions or tell me what I needed to do next. She took the time to understand the situation, worked through it with me, and made sure I was actually taken care of before I left. What really stood out was how genuinely invested she was in helping me. Norma was knowledgeable, patient, professional, and incredibly kind, but more importantly, she took ownership of the problem. That level of service is rare. I have worked in customer-facing roles for years, so I know the difference between someone doing their job well and someone who truly understands what exceptional service looks like. Norma is exceptional. She is exactly the kind of manager who builds customer loyalty because after working with her, I genuinely want to continue banking with CUTX and specifically with her branch. CUTX should be extremely proud to have Norma representing them. Employees and leaders like her are the reason customers stay with a company. She absolutely earned my trust, my appreciation, and my business. Norma, thank you for treating my problem like it mattered and for going so far beyond what I expected. You turned a stressful situation into an experience I will actually remember for the right reasons.
