I visited this location twice and was not offered any cash. I went after work and arrived about 20 minutes before closing. The first day I was given a list of things I needed to verify my income so I returned the next day and was told I needed my bank information which provided the day before and was asked to come back the next day with copies of paystubs which I printed out in the store then I was told I had to have a copy of my bank statement with my name appearing which I printed in store, then the list kept getting longer which I manually logged into my work account remotely and showed the lady the things she asked for then she kept calling her manager and each time I was asked to present something else. I got frustrated and said I would go elsewhere. read more

This place is amazing!! When I needed a little help until my next check I stopped by just to inquire about a payday loan. I was greeted immediately by Brenda and answer a few quick questions for her and she had me approved for more than I needed. Danyelle was great at explaining all the details and tips about making payments. These two ladies are experts at their craft and knowledgeable in everything that the cash store has to offer. If you are in need of some quick cash I highly suggest and recommend you stop by and see them! read more

As for the reputation of pay-day-loans are, it should be no surprise what you are getting into when opting to take out a loan. I can say that my wife and I have been doing business with Brenda and Patti, who are long time employees, for over a year. They are exceptional in customer service and always work to help you out with your quick cash needs. They have been upfront about fees and take a genuine interest in making sure you get reasonable help even if it's a pay-day-loan. I always get minimum amounts I need that I can pay back quickly when I am in a tough pay-check to pay-check need. Go see them in McKinney next to Target off of University and 75. read more

If this is a legitimate company in the business to make money in finance area, they will fail. Customer service sucks and phones don't get answered so what work is being done. Went in to the cash store this afternoon during my lunch. I was greeted with a warm and welcoming smile from Brenda, the gal that assisted my whole entire process. She was able to get me in and out just in time to make it back to work during lunch. I enjoyed my experience! It was quick, fun and very personable. I loved that I didn't get judged for asking for a loan. Brenda went above and beyond to explain things thoroughly and efficiently as she could tell i was in a rush, she also provided the up-most best customer service, very sweet, and spunky!
