Still Terrible - Nothing Has Changed Updating my review to…read moreconfirm that this place is still as bad as ever. The customer service is non-existent, the wait times are ridiculous, and the staff continues to be rude and unhelpful. You would think after multiple complaints across different platforms, AAA would step in and improve things, but nope--same terrible experience. The last time I was here, the manager was rude to customers right in front of me, and the employees seemed like they couldn't care less. Now, years later, it's clear that nothing has improved. I've since canceled my membership and added roadside assistance through my insurance provider (which has been a much better experience). If you're thinking about coming here, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Save your time, your patience, and your money. over

She said she would call me when my taxes were finished. 7 days later she called me to come in to sign the tax forms. My 2nd appointment: I found that my information had been incorrectly transferred to the forms (this 1st filing was rejected due to these inaccuracies) The incorrect information was #1 They had incorrectly written my social number #2 they had incorrectly calculated my income (it was off by thousands) #3 they had incorrectly written my write offs #4 they had incorrectly written my home address. When I first spoke to the woman, she quoted $150 as cost of tax filings. When I was presented with the the final bill it was $275. I asked Adalberto, the manager, for a partial refund because it took 4 visits and 3 filings to get my tax papers done correctly. Adalberto replied that he would talk to the owner on Wednesday June 17th, to see if I could get a partial refund. I asked him to call me back.  There was no call. I called that Wednesday for an update, neither the owner nor Adalberto were said to be in on that day.  I can not recommend Fiesta Tax Services, since my experience was that they were unprofessional. Also, their logo says Fiesta, a celebration, I did not experience that with the Fiesta Tax Service. * Thank you Fiesta Tax Service for calling me, taking me seriously, and giving me a partial refund for my tax return. Craig the National Manager of Fiesta Tax Service called me to discuss my experience, apologized for the errors on my return, and assured me that my taxes will be done accurately next year. I can now heartily recommend Fiesta Tax Service. I am very satisfied and pleased with this resolution.

They never announced it. I found out that it's been over a year. On the last Saturday that we showed up, three other cars arrived expecting to do business. No good Mechanics. It also doesn't help that you aren't open late nor do you open early. We're working people with a tax refund check and you need two signatures. It's not fair that you treat us like this. This is so off putting. And please tell your customers about not having Saturday hours. That many people should not have shown up to do business and find you closed. And also, correct this online, because everything I read said that you were open. If you don't have Saturday hours, people need to know!

In fact, they corrected in twice, leaving me $1,100 short. I made it clear that it was crucial that the error be corrected before the weekend. Multiple calls to their help line were useless so I visited my branch. The teller promised I would be covered, but it did not happen. All this after an error they made 14 years ago that crashed my credit rating just long enough for all my credit card accounts to be closed (it was during the recession). That mistake changed my life for years. I returned in 2019 and now know what a bad decision it was. They still, after all these years, do not have a handle on their accounting systems. Time to leave this bank behind again (for good this time).
