August 14,2020 I opened a money market account at BMO Harris Bank and deposited $55,000 to receive…read morea $300 bonus after 90 days. That money should have been available and my 90 days would have been on on November 12,2020, but BMO has not given me my money. As of January 22,2021, I have not received that money. I contacted the Vice President of Retail Relationship Banker, her name is Deb Valenstien. She talked to the manager and submitted the paperwork to the promotions office to get final approval. My wife and I went to our house in Arizona. I contacted the BMO office in Sun City West, Arizona and spoke with Lashan Corry Retail Relationship Banker , when I spoke with her yesterday she read her intern email and read them to me starting that she contacted the branch manager in Wisconsin. They in turn, contacted their Promotions department. They told me that I would be receiving the money shortly on January 5th,2021, is when they deposited 3 cent interest for not depositing the $300 and said that it would be 3-9 days. When I spoke with Lashan Corry she indicated that the email, per an internal email stating that it was authorized and approved but the money was still not deposited as of January 22,2021.

Fry 's has been putting a pending transaction and then deducting the final cost of their app/pickup orders, the two this happened the call center agents will release the additional pending hold to be able to use funds in the account, A rep told me that the call center gets real time updates unlike the branches... which I understand because I worked for a large company sending communications to administrative staff down the rep level. Been with Desert Financial in some kind of way for over 18 years, I will never bank with big banks like Chase, BofA,etc . Where they charge ridiculous fees just to have an account. Desert Financial will reimburse any ATM fees when needed to withdraw cash from credit unions ATMs at the start of new billing cycle. A branch rep told that every February they give every account a "thank you" credit, I think based on how often you used your account or average balance, not sure just remember back in February I got around $20 credit. I recommend this Bank, Charles Schwab or USSA, if you are qualified family member. And little special touch they have big variety of card designs... ASU, Cardinals and desert pictures. Not all banks have that many.

If you belong to Bank of America they do notaries. This lady chose not to give me service. She needs to be fired And let go.
