I contacted the bank and the lady stated there was nothing they could do since I'm not a member of the bank. She also stated there was no way for them to retrieve my card and that the ATM would dispose of it. I stated there was no notice on the ATM for non bank members not to use the facility. The young lady stated the bank does not have to post or give notice when or why this happens. Terrible responses. Beware if you're looking for a quick transaction as a non branch member because you may not get your bank card back.
