Then whenever I could! I knew the owners, cooks and servers! Best people, the best original Mexican Food ever! I moved to Southern California in July 2004, after retiring from the County, San Joaquin, HSA, Court Social Worker, V. I already retired from law Enforcement, Sgt. So I went there for a 15 years. Came back in October 2020 Came back and forth for a few months during that time, (and was now in a wheelchair's, due to a home accident), and the people were there still great as ever and food best in any State!! When I asked about the requirements, he told me that I had to come into the store to find out. I asked if I needed to bring any documents, but he refused to provide any information over the phone. I explained that I wanted to avoid making multiple trips, but he remained unhelpful, so I ended the call feeling frustrated by his rudeness. At around 3:26 PM, I visited the store for the first time to get information about a possible payday loan. Alex began explaining the process and mentioned that I needed to provide paper copies of my bank statement, pay stub, and utility bill. Fortunately, I had these documents in my car. However, just as I was about to start the process, Alex informed me that they stop processing loans at 3:30 PM. It was only 3:28 PM at that moment, and the store doesn't close until 4:00 PM. He then continued to make excuses and told me I needed to come back on Monday. Alex demonstrated poor customer service and professionalism. He deliberately had me come to the store only to refuse service and was unhelpful and rude throughout the interaction.
