They only offered me $50 i didn't take it! I went to their other office on Wilshire in LA and had NO problem they understood i was a salary employee unlike the office in Norwalk who didn't ask! She double checked the money I gave her and the pesos she gave me. She was very polite and not once made me feel like she was in a hurry to get the line down behind me. She waited until I had walked away from the window to call the next customer. Employees like Noemi are the reason I continue to make the drive from Whittier to buy pesos and send money abroad.

I said thank you I appreciate it, I really need it. She takes a deep sigh and throws my ID into the slot, throws the money, and walks away to eat or take a shit or whatever her problem was. The younger lady was now alone and saw the look on my face and said sorry. Rudest lady ever! The other ladies are very kind and professional. If it is a policy, I should have been told before. But there was no need for being so rude and nasty, furthermore, in 32 years I have never experienced that rule ANYWHERE. The manager has replied to my comment before, I hope he does so now. They have a separate location on Norwalk blvd that has never done that. Anyways just count your moneys fyi the money order was never cancelled. No one reached out to me about anything.
