This company should hire people that could spell and at least have good customer service attitude. This lady gave my mom the worse attitude when sending money. I wasn't going to write a review because who cares there's other places to send money but it's the closest to my moms house. ANYWAYS, She has turned me away twice and stated to come back when I knew the right location I was sending money to. I even spelled it out on paper and spelled it out loud. And she stated there was no such thing as the location I was telling her. She needs a new job where she can stop being a bitch to customers like she owns the company.

And for those in need of a cashing place we have always referred ACE. But that is all going to end starting today. We will be telling our 300 person roll call to go somewhere else. The customer service was awful when trying to verify and when they refused to help our employee stating "His name wasn't verified" when that is the first thing I said over the phone. Now this reflects poorly on us and I would really like to see a resolve for this issue.

This LOSER hasn't grasped yet that in order to keep employed, people need to be willing to come into his business and -if he had any grey matter-he would understand that he needs to make this HIS BUSINESS. . He hasn't learned that when someone POLITELY asks a question, he needs to POLITELY ANSWER IT, even if it you perceive it as being put in an uncomfortable position and when said question is merely to get clarification on same shady company policy. No need to get angry. No need to try to talk over people or interrupt when someone is trying to explain. NO NEED TO TAKE IT PERSONAL. The year was 2025 and I was feeling finer than 20 mother flowering dimes. Just kidding. I called…read moreand asked if they were able to cash a settlement check that I had received because I was disrespected at Walmart. A class action one so I thought this place was going to be packed because everybody gets disrespected at Walmart, you feel me? Anyway, they close around 8:00 p.m. if I remember correctly. I called at 7:30 or so and asked if they would be able to help me out with my big baller check. They said sure and asked how much it was. That's when I got nervous. A lot of people and or check cashing spots aren't used to people that handle this amount of money like myself. I let her know that it was about $21 and change and she said oh okay yeah come on in. The relief I felt was similar to the time I left the Jerry Springer show studio after finding out that the baby was my best friends instead of mine. That is probably one of the best moments of my life. Anyway, going back to the phone call. I was greeted with the angelic welcoming warm voice of a young lady named Maria. She told me her name and I thought it was talking to Aaliyah. She really rocked the boat when she told me that the check amount wasn't anything but a number I'm just kidding none of that happened but she was very professional and welcoming over the phone. So I showed up 45 seconds later drunk as hell jk again but yeah it was the smoothest a check cashing transaction has ever went. She was fast friendly and professional. I would say more but I'll just say that the customer service was exceptional. Maria was the best and she's a dodger fan so extra brownie points for her. I love you, Maria!

I received a cashier's check from the bank for the remaining balance in my account, which was slightly over a thousand dollars. The young woman at the counter manually verified the check, processed it through a machine, and claimed to have contacted the bank for verification. After a 20-minute wait, she was seated, staring at the check. As a Black man, I am conscious of the biases associated with my skin color, so I strive to be exceptionally understanding. However, after waiting for 20 minutes without any resolution, I requested the check back, to which the lady responded with an attitude, saying, "here." There was no apology or indication of concern for the prolonged wait. Despite my frustration, I proceeded across the street and cashed the check at the bank where I had closed my account. I advise against visiting this place, as their revenue appears to stem from the exorbitantly priced electronic products they allow customers to finance. Save your time and seek alternatives elsewhere.
