I hate doing loans. But these guys are always here for me. You could have an unexpected expense. Or your work check is late. This place has gotten me out of a lot of things. They offer advance loans, They cash checks and they even do taxes which is cool to know. Overall the whole team got to know me and they are all excellent people. I always feel comfortable and love visiting this location read more

Dainyal was great. She helped me in a desperate time and need. As long as you got a job you in the door. I recommend seeing her.

Alecia is the best. Great customer service and very knowledgeable. She was able to assist with all my needs is a short amount of time.

This place is managed and ran by absolute idiots. I had applied online but then was told I could come here to get the money same day. I called the store to verify and Danyal checked all my information and said all I had to do was bring my id in and sign. She then said let me have my manager double check and put me on hold for 9 minutes. She then confirmed that the manager reviewed all my information and I could be in and out in just a few minutes and only needed my ID. I wasted my whole lunch hour driving there only to be told by Danyal and the branch manager they were wrong. That I needed to come back with direct deposit stubs and bank statements and they needed to reprocess my whole loan. Steer clear of these uneducated and untrained idiots. read more

Michael was very unprofessional. While standing in line waiting my turn, Michael answered a telephone call. As he answered the phone he put the caller on speakerphone. While the caller was talking, everyone in the store could hear the conversation. While caller was speaking, Michael was rolling his eyes and making hand gestures suggesting the caller Was annoying him and taking his time. After he ended the call, he then proceeded to make unprofessional and inappropriate comments to the customer at his window. Not very professional by any means. read more

Holly N400 helped me greatly today. She was very sweet and patient with me.Keep her around.

this place is a so hard up for money . Had a couple bad months financial an they had me served with court papers to pay . called their legal dept . tried to explain my situation with Hil and she gave me little options like they were going out of business if I didn't pay my loan back. She said you shouldn't have taken out this loan if you didn't pay it back or couldn't . Living in my car and working got this loan paid back this month. I wouldn't take a loan out with this company if it was the last place on earth. this Hil has no empathy at all. screw this place read more
