I had to call the police. The manager was very unprofessional it was 5:50 pm. There was a lady on the window, I waited patiently . It was my turn and the manager said that he needed to call chase because I signed it in the back. I tried to provide my work's office's info. The older man behind me left because he kept being non chalant with the costumers.However, he would not communicate properly then he turned off the lights and locks the door with me inside It was right when I was calling costumer service. when I asked to speak with a manager he said was the manager and his name is Rocco, black hair with an Afro, dark skin and he was on Juan's computer. 1 hour later after several calls to the police and friends since corporate not anwering, then, I was able to leave because an old lady tried to come in. I feel like he took away my freedom for 1 hour and caused anxiety because I was not able to cash my check. I have videos and police were notified of the incident and I will follow up.There will be justice and I am writing this while waiting for the police so I can show the videos and explain this manager's evil and discriminatory actions and the harm he had caused mentally, physicallay and emotionally. due to his false imprisonment I was not able to get to the event time that I had to attend. read more

Hmmmm I do not know. I have had several good experiences with this company BUT I took a loan on a Monday...and they wanted their first payment by that same Friday. I mean; how horrible is that. Not all properties are alike. NEVER USE THIS LOCATION! The first time I used this location they kept me waiting for over twenty minutes for reason completely unknown. They were friendly so I let it go. A month later I called for an extension and was told twice no that I could not do this. So I called another Check City and was approved immediately. I have done this several times in past years and knew I could. I will never go back to this property. read more

I have been coming to this location for over 5 yrs! This location is absolutely amazing!!!!! Everyone has excellent customer service and I have done all types of services. I have sent n received WesternUnion, I have done my taxes with them for 4 yrs straight have never had an issue. I have also cashed multiple different types of checks, as well as gotten a loan. This location in specific is great Lorena is one of the managers and definitely goes the extra mile for whoever needs the help. It was a simple transaction and turned it into a very difficult and uncomfortable situation. After clearing up the misconceptions up with the manger they continued to remain ignorant and stubborn.
