They send you a letter and tell that their decision isn't based on your credit file, but if you call them on it, they only tell you to request your file from the reporting agency. Now I am sad they have my info from the app and I see this is a pattern of poor service from them.

Then...the cash is delivered in a "pit" that I was seriously worried might snap my hand off by reaching in the depths of it. My point is this.... WHY? WHY??? They were the only company to push back. My bank paired with them for credit card, and so I had to go through them. They refused to take any legal documentation that my bank, social security, etc approved. They refuse to call me by my legal name, only using my dead name. If I use my legal name, they refuse to give me information. Multiple times I was berated over the phone by a customer service manager for being unable to pay a minimum amount they raised to 300 due to their own customer service employee messing up my phone-in payment. customer service also claimed they changed my name in system, and told me it was okay to cut up my old card. It was not changed. They sent me a restricted card on the account of dead name, who is the only one who can call in and ask for information. I live 13 hours away, and they refuse to help unless I drive there, myself. I have more than enough proof of who I am. As soon as I pay this off, I will close my account and never work with them, again.

Today is Saturday March 28th. My father, a senior citizen, went to this Key Food to pick up a few…read morethings. He couldn't quite make out my mother's handwriting and found himself alone, not knowing how to manage picking up the groceries he needed. The staff here helped my dad figure out his list, packed them up for him, and made sure he and the groceries made their way home to my mom. I cannot thank the staff here enough for what they did for my parents. During this pandemic where I am quarantined because I am sick, I didn't know how to manage what my parents needed. Thanks to the amazing staff at this Key Food, my parents got what they needed. I don't know the names of everyone who helped, but I do know one of them is named Roman. If there is a supervisor reading this review, please know that I am indebted to you for what you did for my parents, particularly my father, today. You all went above and beyond for my parents, and I will never forget that!!! Amazing job!!!!!!

Not happy camper which was why I left. However signed back up because well Wells Fargo sucks overall. So to my surprise they no longer offer the coinstar. WHAT THE HECK TD?! I know it was because of a counting error but you don't throw out the whole thing, you FIX it. So when I found this out I was pretty pissed. But David at this branch was kind enough to help me wrap all of the change I'd collected. Patiently and friendly to make the time go by. But I would think about reinstating the coinstar for people who may depend on it.

It took some time to find parking in the parking lot. Probably due it's located at a pretty busy plaza with a lot of restaurants. Finally yesterday I took the coins from my daughter that she's been accumulating for years. I counted out $15 in nickels and dimes. I told her I would give her the cash for that amount. The pennies I decided I would bring to the machine to count as a test case. I was curious to see the process. Today I had Success and found it's very easy. Just note there's a charge if you want cash. I figured it's worth it. Now for the store. It's clean and tidy. The people I've spoken to on the phone and the cashier today were professional and engaging in a friendly manner. I feel comfortable shopping here. It's no different than the other grocery stores on the Upper East Side as far as price. You have to shop the sales. I think it's great they participate with CoinStar. It's such a convenience now that banks no longer offer this service. Thank you D'Agostino! I'll be back to look deeper into your grocery isles.

We were supposed to get a solid $20 in savings that didn't materialize on the receipt...
