As a mom, bringing multiple little ones to an appointment can be stressful, and I was worried they would be a distraction or an inconvenience. Instead, every single staff member I interacted with was kind, welcoming, patient, and understanding. They made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. Not once did I feel judged or like my kids were a bother. They went out of their way to make the experience easier for all of us. The care I received was excellent, but what really stood out was how compassionate and welcoming everyone was. It made such a difference and took away so much of the anxiety I had walking in. Well, my bag was missing when I arrived and I was reduced to wearing a pair of cheap shades while wandering the Island. Searched high and low for a pair I liked over the next two days visiting most of the shops on the main drag not finding what it was I was looking for. Let's be honest most places sell cheap glasses like what I was trying to replace. What was I looking for? I don't know but I knew it would know it when I saw them. On my last day I happened to look into the arcade at the Bicycle Inn and Suites, spied Sun Optics, and was saved. It is located at the back of the arcade and is not well marked but has a great selection of sunnies to peruse. The last case I hit had the glasses I was looking for, rang them up and left a happy camper. If it were not for a lost piece of luggage I may very well have never found them. Now if only my bag would be found but that is being saved for another review...
