I was left to pay 120 until open enrollment in November I signed a release to have my records sent to new PCP and I had saw 3 visits and my new PCP finally received 30 days or rather Dr Nguyen noted. I have been left waiting for hours numerous times for Dr Nguyen to see me Staff Unprofessional Rude Office Manager still has no sent records for me and I am trying to schedule surgery I was told that I can pick up my records in person and Dan is the only person that can send anything notDr Nguyen who Family Clinic has been paid thousands of dollars over the course of me being a patient..... I'm going to have to go in person and hopefully get my OWN records I don't trust them at all it's UNETHICAL I gave them 1 star review because I am beyond angry and disgusted

I've been going to this clinic for a while and I really like Dr. Nguyen. I see some people are…read moreupset about the wait, but the reason there's a wait is because Dr. Nguyen spends time getting to know her patients and talking with them to understand the problem. Any doctor I've gone to I spend two minutes with and the appointment is over. I really appreciate that Dr.Nguyen takes time with me, and it is worth waiting a little longer. ALSO, I've been to the clinic a lot and there's NOT a wait every time. I think people are just used to doctors not spending a lot of time to understand what their issue is, unlike Dr. Nguyen who does. I also really like the receptionists. They are super nice and went above and beyond for me today to make sure my neurologist appointment is squared away. Thank you to everyone at Family Clinic for taking great care of me over the years!!

I have been a patient here for 9 years and this is my 3rd complaint about them. I have migraines…read moreand called 4 times this week for a refill before the upcoming holiday and never received a call back. I will looking into getting a new doctor

I saw dr Cooper and the nurse practitioners name was Sheela (actually had to ask the front desk…read morebecause the nurse never introduced herself to me, or looked me in the eye at any point for that matter) There was one person in the waiting room when i was taken back to my appointment at 2:30. Anyways, I've been needing to see a doctor for a check-up/physical for a year or so and I've had a lot of things come up this past year that have been worrying me (irregular periods, former breathing issues, joint pain in my hands, very scary allergy attack, and anxiety), I'm new to Dallas, and don't have a doctor here. Overall i booked the appointment as a checkup/physical because i needed one anyways. One of the first things out of the nurses mouth once we got in the room was "well we won't be able to cover everything you're worried about so start talking" - okay, cool. Nice to know you're already rushing me out the door as my appointment starts. Whatever, she could have been in a bad mood or had a bad day so i shook it off. I'm a new patient so we had to go through the whole background thing. As we talk about what "my main issues" and as soon as i start talking she says "wait hold on" and leaves for like 5 minutes, which is so nice after already telling me we can't cover all the reasons i came in. i was feeling judged a bit as we went through my habits and med history. Honestly by the end of this process i really wanted to talk to the doctor, hoping she wouldn't rush me and actually listen to my concerns. Which is ironic, because the first thing doctor Cooper mentioned when she came in was "well what are your top concerns we can't get to everything today" yeah like i want to come back just to pay tell you my issues again? And just be rushed again? I went into slight detail on 2 of my issues that i really want addressed (or at least a referral) she continued tell me she couldn't do anything for one of my issues, and carrying an epi pen should fix my allergy (I've never had any sort of allergy testing to pinpoint my allergy) and the others will require referrals (referrals that often don't go through and i have to reach out to book) after explaining my concern on my allergy she said she would also refer me to an allergist. The kicker, i booked this appointment for a physical, and before i even realize that the appointment is done, she gets up and says "oh we'll do a physical another time" and rushes out of the room. I asked to get a flu shot as well, which she must have forgotten because she was about to send me on my marry way until i reminded her. I waited 10 minutes until Sheela came back to administer this and seemed to be a bit nicer since i told her needles really freak me out. Quick easy and finally out (of their hair). I felt like a huge inconvenience and chore to them. Sorry i don't go to the doctor often and like to actually have a detailed checkup so i know what's going on with my body. They didn't allow this to be possible for me - I felt rushed the entire time and as if they just needed to check off the boxes and kick me out before the day ended. I didn't even get to talk to the doctor about my concerns with my breathing problems - and she didn't even ask. *remember this is my first visit here* I'm wondering if they will still make the referrals... but i find it difficult for me to want to go back to a place that visibly didn't care about me.

The warmth and caring from the staff. Especially my phlebotomist. Must have had six HUGE Bunny Hugs! The state of the art diagnostic and treatment equipment. After doing extensive research, I discovered that North Texas Infectious Disease has a who's who of the worlds top specialist. My doctor graduated from Harvard and interned at the Center for Disease Control. All doctors have similar or higher credentials. The second location next to Northpark Mall was built for patient convenience and many elderly who can't drive and those in Collin County needed something closer than downtown. Billing and insurance is seamless. Interior sparkles with the latest equipment, relaxing waiting areas and jaw dropping glamorous patient rooms. NO PAIN ever! Highly recommended!

We have decided to leave our current doctor because he has switched over to a " Concierge service"…read morewhere you pay 1,400 OUTTA POCKET to see him- otherwise you get his lackies and nurse practitioner. APPOINTMENTS ARE HARD TO GET WITH GREAT INSURANCE! I started calling this place two weeks ago for "new patient appointments"- left 3 messages- no call back for the coordinator. Today I called EARLY! Finally spoke to a "live body" Was told "before we set up your appointment you have to have last dr send over all your medical records- then we call you back" The records are to be faxed to JAMIE at 214-823-32**. Shit! The way these people return calls? My doctor now is a mess because of his new " concierge service" which puts his paycheck before my healthcare- absolutely not! What IF I said I didn't have medical records? Would these doctors still see me? Nope! Moving on to the next doctor to check out before making a decision on who my new doctor will be- Medical care in Dallas SUCKS! The doctors are all in it to make a fast buck off the patient it seems
