Scammers! The man who called me and quoted me for 20 adults and 10 kids told me $390 each! I asked him how are the kids tickets the same cost! He talked to me with an attitude told me that it was the cheapest price I would be able to get them! Which he ignored the children part! So I told him one child will be 1 and he told me 2 and under don't cost! Which he wouldn't have known unless I told him! He didn't ask any of the kids ages just wanted to charge me $390 for 30 tickets! Which all of the children were 9 and under! He was still telling me how it's the cheapest! I hung up! I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed but I knew children that young tickets not supposed to be same as adults! read more

Somehow or another this outfit popped up when I was searching for a last minute airfare. Really good price. Did a cursory look at reviews, and jumped on it. Ha. Reason it was cheap was that somehow the dates were exactly a month further out than what I needed. I might screwed that up... but I wonder. Fortunately I caught that. But then the correct dates out of that airport were higher than other options. So call and want to cancel (within 24 hours). "Oh, no you don't want to do that... blah ... blah..." "We'll modify this so you leave on the right date from the other airport" "Change fee... blah blah...." So in the end, I have charges on the airline for a difference in fare. OK. PLUS an extra $180 in "service tax" on the two tickets. Call the airline... no that wasn't our charge. Call back, what's this? "oh, blah blah" Anyhow eventually they maintain it was $50 per tick in service and $40 per ticket taxes. Huh? Yeah there are taxes on tickets, but you pay those to the airline. And when is last time taxes worked out to $40.00 ??? Rubbish! Check the BBB rating. Seems to be a front for an overseas scam company (or at least very disreputable). Disputed the "taxes" with my credit card company. Visa needs to shut them down. As do the airlines. read more

STAY AWAY!!!.....This agency a FRAUD. I booked (2) roundtrip tickets on Delta and was charged $850.40. When I attempted to change the flights, I found out that the true value of the tickets were $614.40 or $307.20 each. Delta was kind enough to give me a credit for the $614.20. When I attempted to use the credit today, Delta informed me that CheapFlightsFares got refunded the $614.20 back in October and kept the money. I called CheapFlightFares and they did nothing. I am reporting this to the Ohio State Attorney General as well as the DOT. This company is operated out of India and not the USA. Use one of the major travel companies or the airline you wish to travel on. read more

I'm giving a star because you have to give at least one to write a review. I'm writing this to talk about my experience. I won't accept a refund directly from you. I want everyone to know about my experience . For the refund I will involve law enforcement. I booked a trip for our family of 4 to go to Brussels and paid over $6300. The booking was not basic economy. It was economy and included 2 free checked in bag per customer and also I had bought seats for us. Imagine our frustration/disappointment when we found out 4 hours before our trip that our booking was cancelled. How did we find that out? By checking the United airlines website. So cheapflightsfares didn't not bother emailing/calling/texting. Our kids who had never been to Brussels , along with us started crying, we didn't know what to do.it was just like the sky had just fallen on us. We were calling one agent, another and they were all saying that our booking had been cancelled. We asked by who? No one gave us the correct answer. We checked the website again 2 hours before traveling and found out that cheapflightsfares had rebooked us. Guess what ? Basic economy where we had to pay for EACH checked in bag and they changed our seats to the very back, middle row of the plane. Men. This just hit us. Our tickets were not cheap we came to understand that what this cheat company does is, they take your money and rebook you for the cheapest class they can find. They stole over $3000 from me because if I wanted to be cheap I would have booked basic economy and would have paid $2000 for our tickets. The frustration, the emotional stress, the discomfort of sitting in the middle row, back of the plane all this caused a lot of fatigue, sickeness and just us not enjoying our vacation. I have all the receipts for the checked in bag, the boarding passes showing the seats assigned to us upon them rebooking us and will have all this in court for proof. There is no way I'm going to let this slip. You guys will have to refund the entire amount of money I paid for the trip+ the emotional stress you caused us. Buyer be ware this Company advertised no charge flight changes then tried to charge me #188.00 for one leg of the travel per ticket. I called three times to talk to a supervisor and was placed on hold for 44 minutes, then 32 minutes and finally they agreed to not charge for the changes after I called and confirmed there were no additional charges from the airline. Warning. When you are trying to explore rates for airline flights, this agency uses popups to "pirate" your business. You find yourself somehow diverted to their agents, who rack up mysterious charges onto a basic fare and promise upgraded seats that they cannot deliver. Oh, you don't get to pick your seats, but they promise you what you've paid for. You do not get an itemized list of charges because they have padded the fees. So, when you go to check in, you have nothing to show the ticket agent to prove you've paid for an upgrade. You spend long stretches of time on hold with well-trained and extremely polite agents who promise, promise, promise to call you back, straighten things out, give you a refund. Nope.
