What can I say, she is a awesome Dr…read more It all started 7 years ago, we had just moved to Manteca from the bay and my son in kindergarten fell and needed to be seen by a doctor. Called a few friends and they all suggested Dr Kailey. Her manner with the children and interaction with them is the best. She gives them little nicknames and you can truly tell she loves her job. She listens and discusses your concerns and answers any questions. The office has followed up with us days later when the boys have been real sick to see if we need to be seen again. As we have added more children to our family there has never been a doubt as to who their Dr will be. The office staff is always great and helpful, wait time is generally 5-10 minutes. Waiting area is always clean and smells clean. They have been real good about getting in on same day appts when needed. The only issue I have and this is just my own preference, is that I wish they had a separate area for sick children and non sick. Nothing worse than bringing you well child in for a well check and being around sick kids or vice verses.

So friendly and informative about everything. Always honest about healthcare for my children. She is not the give medicine to everything kind of doctor. I love that!! I moved to this area six months ago, and have been coming to this doctor for my three year old daughter since about four months ago. She needed an updated physical, blood work for iron levels (WIC transfer requirement), and updated immunization records for preschool. If you have Medi-Cal and/or Health Plan of San Joaquin, this is the best place to go! Luckily for me, I live less than five miles away. For the service they provide, I'd be willing to travel 15 or more. The staff is incredibly understanding to the needs of children, and put the parents at ease when explaining everything. You never feel like a third wheel there. The waiting room is welcoming and calming, and the doctor is amazing! He's gotta be over 70, but he moves like he has enteral youth. During his examination of my three year old to check her lungs with his stethoscope, he let her have it to take hers to make her more comfortable and fun for her. Her fears were completely eliminated. Her immunizations were given to her like a pro, so fast she didn't even flinch. Today, I called frantic because my baby girl was so sick! They immediately had me bring her in, saw her within 20 minutes, and in no time was at CVS getting an anti biotic for her. She still has the nasty cold, but the doctors and staff alleviated my panic and reassured my daughter that "her icky would go away soon". That made my baby girl smile. I've heard rumors that this Dr is selling his practice and finally retiring, so my advice to you is to get in quick if your looking. I'm not sure how much longer until another pediatrician takes over. I suppose he has a right to retire, he's over 70! He's also absolutely amazing with children!

My daughter asked to be seen. The doctor rushed through her assessment and said she had double ear infections. After 2 days of antibiotics my granddaughter broke out with a rash which was thought to be a allergic reaction. After going to the ER the ER doctor said there is no ear infection and the rash is from taking antibiotics when she doesn't need them! Additionally they have not vaccinated her with her 6 month shots claiming they have none. But after visiting the ER the doctor their told her that DR Nisperos gets vaccinations from the hospital and should have plenty! She needs to retire!!!

The front office can use some better training. They close the office sooner than 5pm. This isn't…read morethe first or second time they have refused to answer the calls before 5pm closing. The third time they left me on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up on me at 5pm. When I called back they were closed. My husband ended up driving there to have them unlock the door. He confronted the woman and got no apology or anything. Your job is to be here for patients if you can't do that then why are you working in the medical field. I'm not sure if their supervisor is aware they are closing the office earlier than 5pm but this unacceptable. Change your hours if you close sooner than 5pm then.
