I was originally greeted with a friendly smile by Kelsey. His's attention my need, product knowledge & customer services were exceptional. He fit me with comfortable Merrell Encore Gust 2 shoes. With gout, I wasn't wearing socks, but expected I may wear them when the gout subsided. I was amazed that Kelsey was able to add removable inserts under the heel & tongue to help improve stability without socks. Discovering exceptional selections, I went back another day looking for a pair of dressy snikers. Kelsey was off, but Mike helped me.
