Smelled awful I sprayed everything I had in that room febreeze, B&B room spray it still stunk ugh shower area was clean under the sink was dirty BUT THE SO CALLED BREAKFAST REALLY UPSET ME. You pay all that money we stayed 2 nights to wake up to the only thing that you can get hot was coffee and pancakes there was no meat to go with the breakfast AT ALL NO EGGS,CEREAL,GRITS,JUST PANCAKES ....REALLY. You can get water, and coffee unlimited no other beverages orange juice,apple nothing ....They filled the pool with dirt so that should let you know all you need to know I am a Wyndam member I will never be returning to this motel because it feels as such not a hotel but a motel smh do better.

The car arrived at my house early and the driver was very pleasant, and when my flight home was delayed, they dealt with that schedule change. After an exhausting two weeks and nearly 24 hours of travel, not having to go find my car and drive an hour and a half was the best. In fact, it was even better than I thought, because when I got home, my car battery was dead, which would have been tough to deal with in long-term parking. We made 4 reservations for service beginning with our arrival last night at RDU airport…read more No show, no call. All the signs were there from the beginning...no written confirmation. Just a verbal assurance that it was all handled. Disorganized about our arrival details even though we had put them succinctly in writing. They were apologetic when they told us nothing like this had ever happened before and they were embarrassed, etc but there was no suggestion or offer of sending another driver or providing a solution. When we texted that we still had not heard from the driver and we tried to call, we were unable to reach anyone for several minutes. So, we were left to deal with the situation on our own. I guess the silver lining was that it was our first service at the airport where there are options abound. Had this been our pick up going back to the airport things could have been MUCH worse. Michael, the owner, was charming and reassuring to talk with on the phone initially but utterly failed us.
