Owner Tim Oxendine left my 15-year-old daughter and her friends stranded after midnight on Falls of the Neuse Road, following their Homecoming dance, so he could pick up another party downtown. He actually made them get out of his limo and left them on the side of the road in front of Cookout (drive-thru only restaurant with no indoor area), saying he'd be back in 20 minutes. It was 45 degrees that night and they were dressed up with no coats and no where to go. I came to get them immediately and waited for 45 minutes for Tim to return, so I could give him a piece of my mind, but he never showed up. He never called to apologize or to acknowledge his unbelievably inappropriate and unsafe behavior. As a side note, I had booked the limo through another company, but they subcontracted to Tim when their limo had a flat tire. The company I booked through asked my permission to subcontract and said they had used Tim before, so I agreed. They were just as shocked as I was that Tim would behave this way, and they offered me a free ride in their limo to make up for what Tim did.
