I've decided to use the car service for all of my travel in 2026…read more I started using Express RDU in 2025 Friends have offered to drive me and pick me up, but here's the thing that could be an inconvenience to people and anything could happen and then I don't make my flight or the flight is horribly delayed! Then I thought about doing Uber and I did the math and this Car service cheaper than Uber But more than that, it's "peace of mind." Gopal, who is the owner-- a lovely and kind man and the last time I used him it was when I went to California in November and when they arrived to pick me up, his wife was with him Such a lovely woman. I know a lot of times when you get picked up after you've just been on a long fight you don't want to talk to anyone, but honestly, it was such a pleasant If you're in need of a Car service that's reputable and professional I highly encourage them! I will be traveling a lot this year-- Its the Year of Lauren Some of my travel I'll be driving but when I have to get on a plane they are now my go to Car service

Just a verbal assurance that it was all handled. Disorganized about our arrival details even though we had put them succinctly in writing. They were apologetic when they told us nothing like this had ever happened before and they were embarrassed, etc but there was no suggestion or offer of sending another driver or providing a solution. When we texted that we still had not heard from the driver and we tried to call, we were unable to reach anyone for several minutes. So, we were left to deal with the situation on our own. I guess the silver lining was that it was our first service at the airport where there are options abound. Had this been our pick up going back to the airport things could have been MUCH worse. Michael, the owner, was charming and reassuring to talk with on the phone initially but utterly failed us.
