If my memory serves me correctly, It may have been a week and a half before the wedding. First thing, he very calmly conveyed, he would do all he can, to make it a special day. He took down the details, and stated he'd look into what's available. He contacted me maybe thirty minutes later, with a quate and pictures of the Rolls Royce he would used for the wedding. Fast foward, everything he promised, he delivered! Very professional, clean, on time and dressed for the job. THIS SHOULD BE YOUR TRANSPORTATION SERVICE! They are the absolute Best! I called a few weeks ahead to book and thought I had everything sorted. They were very on top of their game and send me contact info for a driver days beforehand and were very easy to chat with. Minutes before my daughter was getting picked up she called to let me know I booked the driver for the wrong date and he was scheduled for Friday (not Thursday). Oops! I called the car service in a panic and they said they could get another driver there within 30 min. Phew Douane picked her up within 30 min. I got an email when he was there to get her and again after he dropped her off at the airport. Really great for a worried parent who gets minimum communication from her teenage daughter ;) I could have gotten an uber for about $75 less, but felt safer doing this when she was across the country.
