My daughter and now husband booked them for picking them up from their wedding. When I heard her say good things about them, I decided to book one of their large SUVs for the entire day; I think it wound up being 15 hours. They were incredible!! Igor, the owner, made sure everything was planned out correctly and was super patient with me (I'm a little type A lol), and our driver Larry was so kind, efficient, and really went beyond to make sure everyone from all the trips we had him take back and forth got to the wedding on time. He stayed at the venue so he could take anyone home who wanted to leave early, and while we didn't need that, it was great not having to track him down. He even helped us unload a mountain of stuff to our house at end of night. It felt more like we were dealing with friends that had a great business, than people we had never met before. There were that good!! I would highly recommend them for events like weddings, but also because they were so professional I feel very comfortable recommending them for corporate jobs; in fact my husband is going to try to get the multinational he works for to start using them. Thank you Igor for helping this event go so smoothly, and for your assistance planning things out, and your kindness and caring through the entire process. (Sarah says thank you for the bottle of champagne too!) Hope some of you reading this, give this local business a try. I would book them again in a heartbeat and recommend them highly. I gave them 5 starts because that's the highest I can here, but I would have rated them higher if I could. There were so many things to worry about with a big wedding, it was a relief that they had us taken care of so well that I didn't have to worry at all about transportation!

My wife and I were out of town and she was beyond nervous at the prospect of driving from near Knightdale to Carrboro and back on her own. I did a search for car services and Ricky was the first of 3 I pinged to reach back out to me. He assured me that his team could provide the service and the price quoted was reasonable. The trip was a success, apparently, because Mom and her friend couldn't stop raving about their experience. It even included a Peter, Paul and Mary singalong on the way home! Ricky, Morgan - you are certainly on my "First Call" list for any future trips! What a great day for my mom and her friend!

It was easy to book a ride, even in the evening and on fairly short notice. Cliff was responsive and provided a competitive quote. After a very long day of traveling from California, I was grateful we booked the ride. The Suburban was spacious and comfortable and our driver Eric was helpful and friendly. Eric made it easy to find him after we got our luggage, he helped us with our luggage, and he got us home swiftly and safely. I was comforted in knowing that the ride was clean and our driver wore a mask. I will absolutely use Carolina Car Service again in the future.

When my daughter said she wanted to add a Duke tennis program to her already crazy schedule I agreed but said she had to get herself home to Chicago. And I'd help by booking her a car service to the airport- and flight ;) Both Yelp and a local friend recommended Triangle Coach Coach. I called a few weeks ahead to book and thought I had everything sorted. They were very on top of their game and send me contact info for a driver days beforehand and were very easy to chat with. Minutes before my daughter was getting picked up she called to let me know I booked the driver for the wrong date and he was scheduled for Friday (not Thursday). Oops! I called the car service in a panic and they said they could get another driver there within 30 min. Phew Douane picked her up within 30 min. I got an email when he was there to get her and again after he dropped her off at the airport. Really great for a worried parent who gets minimum communication from her teenage daughter ;) I could have gotten an uber for about $75 less, but felt safer doing this when she was across the country. I would definitely use them again for myself or children.
