They installed brake hardware incorrectly, and after bringing it to their attention, I gave them several opportunities to fix the issue. Despite that, I've received no response at this point. Another mechanic, who I called for an unrelated issue, noticed the poor brake installation right away and recommended I get the original shop back out to correct it--which still hasn't happened. To make matters worse, the guide pins and other metal-to-metal contact points were not greased properly with fresh grease, which is basic brake service 101. It's incredibly frustrating to pay for work that isn't done right, especially when the company won't stand behind it. I hope they take this seriously and improve how they handle both service and communication.

They were able to identify the issue and resolve it in a timely manner. I know for a lot of car repair shops, it often takes days maybe even sometimes weeks to do a big repair. In my case, I had a semi-intense repair needed for my engine and they were able to resolve it within 2 days. As a woman, it is important to me that I am being treated fairly and with kindness when engaging in conversations and inquiries with a car repair shop. The shop was very clean which is important to me since often times, people will choose to wait in the shop why their car is being repaired or services. It's been about 3 weeks since my repair and I haven't had any issues with it since. Definitely will be my go to car repair shop if I ever run into any issues in the future.
