Juanita absolutely has magical hands. I've been coming to Juanita for several years for lymphatic massages, therapeutic massages, wood therapy and everything in between. I always leave feeling 20 lbs lighter, de-bloated and I would definitely say it helps my sleep and stress level. She is super caring and has very useful advice. This Chateaux Muse facility is also extremely clean, inviting and peaceful. A perfect mixture of luxury and comfort. I would recommend to anyone. read more

Very excited for this new spa opening in the Beverly Hills area. Juanita is knowledgable, kind, intuitive and very professional. One of the best massages I've gotten. Been her client for almost a year and I've always had a great experience. Juanita is the best. I've been going to her now for almost 2 years. She is super knowledgeable about her craft. More importantly she is one of the people I know and she actually cares about her patients and their recovery. She can pretty much fix any issues that come up. I had a lymphatic treatment here and I couldn't be happier with the results! Despite being in town for a short period of time, I was fortunate enough to be able to receive treatment here. The welcoming atmosphere and hospitality exceeded my expectations, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. It is difficult to find trustworthy professionals for lymphatic treatments in Los Angeles who actually know what to do, and after trying numerous in-house treatments at various clinics and with surgeons, I can confidently say that Chateaux Muse knows how to properly perform lymphatic drainage and guarantee results. I wish I had gone to them sooner! I highly recommend their services, and so happy I found them for future needs! read more

The 1 star is for how nice the esthetic is. Very unprofessional establishment. You can tell they are new in business. The level of massage/services is not worth what they are charging. The masseuse said she has 14 years experience in lymphatic drainage but I'm not new to this treatment and she was at a level 1. Also she was on her phone during my massage (it's not very hard to realize when someone is doing this) just writing this so maybe the next person saves their time and money. I can guarantee even if you go see for yourself there will be more reviews like mine. Don't be fooled by instagram & influencers do your research first. BTW I'm leaving out a lot because my experience was horrifying just wanted to say enough to give you all an idea. Definitely do yourself a favor and try ANYWHERE except this place! read more

I usually HATE taking my girlfriend to get her post operative massages and having to wait... like really HAAATTE... But this place is the most luxurious and relaxing spot we've been too. It is a great location with the a very nice waiting couch. My girlfriend loves it and booked the 10 massage package deal. I don't mind waiting for her anymore cause i feel like I'm on my couch at home. My girlfriend highly recommends this place for anyone looking for high end treatment after surgery! read more

Was looking for a new place to try for my monthly massage and I'm so glad I found Chateaux Muse! The online booking process was simple and easy which I really appreciate. As soon as you walk into the lobby, you can tell a lot of thought was put into the design of the entire space. The aesthetic of the spa is very calming and luxurious. I got a detox massage from Juanita and I must say it was the best massage I've had in my life! I caught myself falling asleep multiple times and woke myself up because I started snoring haha. I was so relaxed but kept fighting my urge to sleep to make sure I don't waste the experience by just sleeping on the table. If you're looking for a great place to pamper yourself with an amazing massage look no further! Juanita was very knowledgeable about all things massage. I am very pleased with the services I got and their attention to care and wellness really sets this place apart from the rest. read more

I explained to the receptionist that I previously had a 60-minute massage here for $70 with another therapist, so why was I now paying $90 for a worse experience? She called the manager, who offered 15% off, which didn't even bring one of the massages down to $70. Overpriced, poor communication, and zero regard for customer requests. Never coming back.

Throughout my 90-minute session, she repeatedly stopped to answer phone calls and attend to people walking in, which took time away from the service I paid for. I paid $90 for 90 minutes plus an additional $3 charge, and I absolutely did not receive the value or time promised. I don't know her name, but she had short red hair and was also working the front desk. Overall, she did not do a good job at all. I left feeling tense, disappointed, and unsatisfied. I would not return and would not recommend this place.

I went in for a sculpt and tone with Juanita, and I left feeling & looking amazing. Wow I left this beautiful spa today feeling so relaxed and sculpted. I do the post operative maintenance massage weekly because my stomach gets very boxy and tight after two rounds of lipo. I love how Juanita addresses my needs individually and really goes in to address them to make sure there are no skin irregularities on my body. 10/10 recommend for anyone in this area that has had surgery and needs to show their bodies some love. read more
