Second, I asked many times for only the back. Not the legs and the arms. I just wanted my back. Not much of a relaxing place!! You can hear anyone talking, on top of that my massage person left me alone for 5 times. You ask for what?? Sorry to say I have no idea!!! Never going back. I've been here a few times and got lucky with great masseuses, but today was the exception. A young male masseuse gave me one of the worst massages ever. I couldn't focus on relaxing because all I could think was, "When is this going to end?" He was completely unskilled and just rubbed my back and legs up and down the entire time. He didn't identify any stiff areas or use any circular motions. I did not feel like my muscles were any looser after the massage, and it ended quite abruptly. I agree with other reviews that this place is stuffy, which wasn't the case the first few times I went. Then when I paid, he asked how much I was going to tip, which I did tip to be polite, but I've never been asked to do so. My husband came here on Sunday and said he had a good experience, so I decided to give it a try.. I dont know where to start, I had a terrible experience. My masseuse Amy started off light and fast, so fast that I felt like I was being rushed out, then when I couldn't take it anymore, I asked her to focus on my shoulders more and more strength thinking she would listen.. she started using her elbows but not even massaging just rolling her forearms in a fast pace over my sacrum and it started hurting so I asked again for her to focus on shoulders to which she reluctantly went to my shoulder area and barely stayed and focused. Trying to be positive that maybe she sucks on the back and would be better on my legs or feet, she was so fast and rolled with her arms on my legs instead of using any hands.. overall I wouldn't waste my time or money here.. read more

I take all my clothes off but keep my underwear on and then I lay face down on the massage table and put the sheet over my body. Then they knock to ask if you are ready before they come in. The man masseuse applied too much pressure even when I asked to soften, he laughed as he massaged my (braided) hair and nearly burnt my back with the hot stones. The lady doing my massage also seemed to be the receptionist so was in and out the whole time. She also had a cold and was coughing and sneezing all over me. As for the massage itself, 45 mins of it www a her rubbing her elbow into my back. I kept asking if she would do a lotion massage and she kept basically telling me it would come. So about 30-40 minutes of it was an actual regular body masSage (what I paid for which was definitely more than the foot massage or combo massage). Not sure I'd go back. read more

After the massage, I kinda felt confused because I didn't get the 30min foot rub. As I'm going to pay, I guess she had given me the 90min Full body massage. Really great massage but poorly run business. I got the 90-minute full body massage, and it was one of the best massages of my life (strong pressure, thorough and really worked out my knots). It was a strange massage environment/ business, but I only dinged them one star because the quality of the service (massage) was so high and cheap. They refused to accept the Yelp special ($50 for 90-minute massage even though they acknowledged it when we first came in). They claimed that the special was only good Monday-Thursday and that they didn't put the ad on yelp, someone else did. Throughout the massage, the masseuses would converse with each other through the curtains in Chinese constantly. The traffic and noise from outside sounded like the cars were in the massage "room" right next to you, you can hear all the details of how other people enjoyed their massage as they check out with the cashier, and you can hear exactly how much your neighbor is enjoying (or surviving) their massage. It's a little hard to relax with all the noise. To cap it all off, some disgruntled customer came in and loudly complained that they never called her back for her appointment, sent her a text instead (that went to her spam), and demanded a free massage. Not their fault this lady chose to complain in their venue but it just added to the cacophony of noise that filled my ears for 90-minutes. There is a definitely a language barrier which was fine for me since I didn't need anything specific -- but if you need or want something specialized, you may have difficulty communicating that to the masseuse. read more
