The room was very comfortable and inviting; it was a perfect balance between being relaxing and not - too professional-feeling- like a medical-office visit. And, it wasn't overloaded with candles, incense that sort of thing, it was just right. The "Goldilocks" version of massage space. And, as far as the actual massage experience itself Lily was very professional and communicative, she asked me clarification questions about my intake form that I completed before hand. She was attentive and very thorough with following through with my requests. And, the massage itself was very helpful and touched on a lot of my problem spots. Really magical and healing sensations throughout. It was 1 of the best massages I have had in my life, the perfect balance of therapeutic and working the body without feeling like you are going to a medical office. She was a great communication with what my needs and expectations were and she did her best to fulfill it and keep me in my comfort zone. I recommend everyone get a massage at Tigerlily Massage!

When I arrived, I was greeted warmly and with a smile. Lily remembered me from previous sessions years prior. She gave me a tour of the space, and told me about some upcoming things happening in the same building I may be interested in. Upon entering the therapy room, everything was welcoming and comfortable. Lily had snacks and drinks if I was interested, and we sat down to chat and find out what my body needed to feel better. After some conversation, we had it figured out and it was time for the massage. When Lily returned to the room, everything was set for relaxing. There was great, relaxing music playing in the background, and the room was dark and the table comfortable. I schedule a 90 minute massage, and Lily takes time before starting to make sure she is ready to help you feel better. That is not taken out of your 90 minutes, so don't worry if she is asking questions before she starts. Lily is great at knowing what is needed to relax your muscles and help you relax in general. She will keep in communication to make sure the pressure isn't too much, or too little. After 90 minutes, you will feel relaxed and rejuvenated without question. Lily's pricing is excellent and worth every penny. She obviously cares about helping everybody feel better and leave with a relaxed body and mind.

Seriously lucked out with this spot! It's a bit out of the way but seriously worth it--I don't know…read moreif you work at a desk but I've just gotten accustomed to a certain level of soreness/tightness that occasionally gets irksome and right now I can seriously roll my head 360 degrees on my neck without wincing! I've been shelling out for the more traditional Swedish deep tissue places recently after getting mediocre massages at Chinese foot massage spots even though those were my favorite from living in SoCal. But I was just desperate, calling around on a Sunday after getting called in to work last minute, hoping to find an appointment somewhere for me and the boyfriend to destress. They were so accommodating with my request, I got to come by right after I got off! Plus with the promo they have if you book online through their website it's the best deal in town. So I'm already giddy but the drive out there can be daunting when you live in town so I'm lowering my expectations. The woman who greeted us was so chipper and kind and we quickly got whisked to the back while they filled hot tubs to soak your feet. I wasn't sure what to dress down to but the women were so professional so even though there was a bit of a language barrier they made sure I was comfortable. The massage itself was wonderful, started out so relaxing I almost fell asleep (a pet peeve of mine I try to avoid, I want to be present for my enjoyment!) and then when she started working on my back/neck/shoulders I was amazed at my masseuse's strength! I prefer deep tissue because I associate the slightly painful pressure with the satisfaction of breaking my knots but she was intentional and focused on working them out with deliberate applied pressure. It wasn't painful so I wasn't sure how I'd feel afterwards...I was hoping she'd really crack my neck or something, it'd been so tight for the past month! But she must've known what she was doing because 6 hours later there's still no pain, no soreness, I can twist my back and neck and no twinges or resistance! We will definitely be back :) (also they have a groupon deal!)

Walking in we are greeted most enthusiastically by a lady who barely speaks English, so it started a little awkwardly with trying to get information. There is a board that shows $35 for a half hour foot massage. When we pointed to it I think we were negotiating...? Hahahaaaa!! Next thing you know we are both being walked back to a couple of side by side short sofas. There is a wicker basket to put your shoes and socks and pillows on the sofas for reclining. We both settled in as they brought out foot baths. These ladies are very courteous, polite and cheerful. They are enthusiastic about their work and do a good job. They put our feet in these baths to soak while they came around behind us and we got a neck and shoulder massage to start. Then they got to our feet and that massage was awesome. They weren't exactly delicate, but they were thorough and not rough. At the end of the massage they toweled off our legs (up to the knees) and feet and said we are done. Not very ceremonious either, but efficient. My feet feel great and I'm relaxed, considering we only went in to get some information and came out as clients. Yea, I would be tempted to go back with any muscle issues. If you want an aggressive muscle workout, I'm thinking this is your cup of tea. There is a large menu board on the wall in the office. It is easy enough to just point at what you want and you're in business. The place is clean and well kept. For the most part it looks like a lot of the rooms are cubbies with drapes, but the full body massage rooms have actual doors.
