Enjoyed our stay. Room very nice. Good views. They could have a media room,(printer), but the library was only 2 miles away.

    Beau Rivage Resort & Casino

    Beau Rivage Resort & Casino

    (730 reviews)

Beau Rivage Resort & Casino…read more Some places try to impress you. This place doesn't try it just is. Right on the Gulf, standing tall like it owns the coastline (because honestly, it kind of does), this is the spot you go when you want to look good, feel sharp, and remind yourself what a real resort feels like. Clean, polished, upscale marble, light, and just enough swagger to let you know you're not in an average casino. It's not the place chasing you down with drinks every five minutes. Nah this is slower, intentional. The kind of place where the glass is heavy, the pour is right, and the whole room feels like it's got a reputation to uphold. You come here to impress or to be impressed. Now let me give you a glimpse of why this place stuck with me I'm deep into the night. Drinks in, friends around, cards and machines calling my name. Next thing I know, I've burned through my cash. Gone. Down to nothing. I'm standing there with that look like, well... that was fun while it lasted. Borrow a couple bucks I'll get you back," you know the line. Last dollar goes in. Machine starts spinning... slow... dragging it out like it knows something I don't. Then cha-ching. Lights. Noise. That beautiful, ridiculous ringing that doesn't stop. Just keeps going. People turning their heads. I'm standing there like I don't even belong in my own moment. $5,800. Just like that. I've never been the guy who wins but that night? I was that guy. Stayed up till the sun came creeping in, riding that wave, laughing like a fool, paying people back and then some. The kind of night you don't forget and the kind of place that makes it possible. That's Beau Rivage. It's not loud about it. It doesn't have to be. It's the full package restaurants, atmosphere, service, the whole experience wrapped up in one clean, high-end operation. If you want cheap thrills, look elsewhere. If you want the best all-around resort in Biloxi the one with the reputation, the look, and the stories to back it up This is the one.

The resort is nice and elegant, and the views from the rooms are amazing. The bartenders and…read morewaitresses are very friendly and kind people. On the negative side, we had to wait three hours to get our room after checking in. The first room we were given wasn't even ready when we went up to the 25th floor, so we had to go back down to the check-in counter to request another room. The room we eventually got had a noisy ventilation system running all the time. Even when I turned off the air conditioning, the annoying noise was still there, which made it difficult to relax.

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Biloxi…read more Some places look the part. This place plays the part. Clean, sharp, and buzzing the second you walk in yeah, it's iconic, no question. The games are dialed in, the whole setup feels polished, and it's got that classic casino energy where anything can happen. But let's be real that's not why this one took my number one spot. It's the generosity. I've been to casinos where getting a drink feels like you're filing paperwork. Waiting, flagging someone down, or worse paying like you're at a concert. Not here. At this place, the drinks don't just show up... they find you. Like clockwork. Like they've got a sixth sense for an empty glass. We were there celebrating friends, my daughter, her classmates and every single one of us noticed the same thing. Not just friendly, not just nice... but relentless in the best way. You'd take two sips and boom there's someone asking if you're ready for another. It felt like Mardi Gras met old-school Vegas and decided to move to Biloxi. Now let me paint you a quick picture There's this older gentleman a few seats down from me, posted up at a machine like he's been there since sunrise. Calm, steady, not saying much. A waitress swings by, keeps his glass full without him ever asking. Whiskey, neat. Every time it dips, she's back like a ghost with good intentions. After a while, he finally looks up at her and says, "Ma'am... I don't know if I'm winning or if you're just making me think I am." She smiles, tops him off, and says, "Honey, around here... we make sure you feel like both." And that right there? That's the place. Because here's the truth when a casino is generous with the drinks, people loosen up. They laugh more, tip more, play a little longer, take a few extra chances. It builds a vibe. A reputation. A story you take home with you. So yeah, there are a lot of casinos in Biloxi. Bigger, flashier, louder maybe. But this one? This one understands the assignment. You come to gamble. You come to celebrate. And when they keep that glass full without you chasing it... that's hospitality. That's why it's number one.

Will give a generous 3 stars though I'd be okay with a 2, as well. Everything just feels worn out and dated. My first thought upon entering the room was how modern it probably felt when it was built, and then how it's just been left the same ever since. Interesting place, to be sure.

It…read morewas actually a bit confusing getting here, so we ended up having to get back on the interstate and come back around from the other direction. At least that time we were able to get there. My visit here was on July 28, 2021. After a long day of driving and traffic issues along the way, it was nice to finally get here that night. We got here much later than expected due to those traffic issues earlier in the day. Of course, the weather didn't help either with storms. The check in was actually done ahead of time through the Hilton app, so the app was used as the key to the room for the stay. When you come inside, the place is very inviting. Due to the pandemic, there wasn't anyone out front at the desk. It's another sign that they have been trying to drive check ins through the app instead. Overall, there was minimal interaction with others during this visit too, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Masks were required while in the public areas of the hotel if you are unvaccinated for Covid-19, but we were fully vaccinated already. With getting here so late, I wasn't able to fully explore the hotel on this visit, as I like to do when I go to any hotel. The room that I had was room 222. When coming into the room, it was very clean and fresh. This has been the general experience I have had with hotels in the past too. The beds were comfortable as well. After taking care of a few things, it was time to just turn in for the night. The sleep overall was good, especially when it's not the bed you are used to at home. Overall, it was a good restful and comfortable sleep. In the morning, it was time to see what they had available for breakfast. Due to the pandemic, the breakfast options were extremely limited. There were some pastries and some pre-packaged sandwiches that you could heat up in the microwave, along with some bread items including bagels. Overall, this was a pretty good stay for me for that one night. They definitely have lots of things you could still do there, including the pool and exercise room. I like their rooms too since they are all suites and have more room to move around in too. If you are traveling through this area and looking for a good hotel, this place is worth checking out.

Cathy Lakhani…read more Serious Warning to Senior Guests & Pageant Participants I arrived in November as a pageant Queen expecting the "royal treatment" heavily advertised by Ms. Senior World and its host hotel. What I experienced was the complete opposite. There was no assistance with luggage, no valet, and no staff support, despite this being a senior pageant. A power blackout occurred while I was unpacking, and there were no blankets on the bed when I entered my room. I booked and paid for a King Suite, and my booking receipt explicitly advertised a closet and multiple closets. In reality, there was no closet at all--only a cut-out hole in the wall, which was completely inadequate for pageant gowns or my husband's suits. This was misleading and unacceptable. I reported these issues to the front desk, on-site management, and later emailed the General Manager, who never responded. When I contacted Ms. Senior World, I was referred back to the hotel. The hotel referred me back to Ms. Senior World--despite the organization contracting with this hotel for the past three years. No one accepted responsibility. As a senior with physical limitations, I should never have been expected to lift, carry, and manage heavy bags and pageant attire without assistance. This experience felt more like boot camp than royal treatment. Had I known these conditions in advance, I would not have booked this hotel or participated in this pageant. Senior women deserve honesty, accessibility, and the level of care that is advertised. I am sharing this review so others--especially senior Queens--can make an informed decision before investing their time, money, and physical well-being.

There's a living room and kitchen, with mini fridge, safe, microwave, lots of storage areas for luggage and items. Showers and bathrooms were clean, although in room 406 we noticed the guest room bathroom mirror led lights aren't working. The water pressure was pretty low in both bathrooms but the temperature was nice and hot. And there are vents in the bathrooms, something I hardly ever see. I am also extremely satisfied that they opted for rugs versus carpets, as carpets can get nasty and you can't replace them easily. The beds were comfy, towels were thick and heavy, the rooms were cold, ac's working top notch, the classic old touch of luxury just brings you back to another time. Upon check in they gave us tokens for complimentary drinks at the hotel bar. 10 out of 10 I recommend and would stay here again. But if you do, you're on your own for breakfast. Also, the concierge people weren't rude, exactly, but not friendly at all. If I were to improve the stay, I would have a pull-out magnifying mirror in the bathroom, extra towels, extra blankets as the comforter was as thin as 3 sheets put together, perhaps larger travel bottles of shampoo and body wash, dish soap and towel in the kitchen, and it wouldn't hurt to have the foyer smelling good with diffusers. Overall I was very happy with my stay.

The hotel room has clearly been remodeled and looks very nice. We were on the 28th floor with a beautiful view of the bay, and the room was clean and well-appointed. That said, the bathroom towels had holes, and a spotlight above the window shone through the top of the curtain all night, making it difficult to sleep. The spa experience, usually the highlight of our visits, was uncomfortable. Behavior in the women's spa area went unchecked, and staff did not address concerns raised during our visit. When we mentioned it to management upon leaving, we received no acknowledgment or follow-up. On a positive note, we dined at Tien, and the food and service were very good. It was a definite bright spot of our stay. Overall, while the property has many strengths, the room and spa issues, combined with a lack of response to feedback, make it hard to rate this stay highly. I hope management addresses these concerns so future guests and returning guests, like myself, can enjoy the full experience.
