Clean, lots of machines. New members can get refunded ( as free play ) up to $300 of what one loses on their first day. Strangely large amount of well fed security, and having to go through a metal detector, suggest that there have been problems in the past, but we saw no sketchy people. I steadily lost here with no teases, your mileage my vary.

The hotel was very large. There were lots of casino games from downstairs to upstairs. They also have a beautiful pool at the very top of the deck. They also have several restaurants throughout the casino. The hotel rooms were OK. I was a bit disappointed that my hotel room with my grandmother, which was handicap accessible unfortunately head cold water for showers. That was very disappointing for both of us. I like the fact that they do have access to spas as well as a fitness center. I was disappointed that the fitness center hours were very short to be a hotel.

This time I got to stay here at the IP casino. They enticed me with $415 free play and $120 dollar dining credit. The only issue is you have to use it all in one sitting. I did not get a chance to dine anywhere else. They do on Sunday have the Pho special, but you need to wait till 3pm to eat it. The rooms are renovated now and do not look anything on the website. The decor is nice and comfortable. The elevators are fast going up and down. Just make sure you take the correct one as they have ones for 16-32 and 1-15. The pool is located on top of the parking lot roof and I got to see it and looks nice. Since I am Oynx I get the perks of getting a cabana. Make sure you click on the gift icon as I almost miss it and got a $150 dollar spa credit, but could not use it. Playing wise, I did much better here than I did at Harrah's as Harrah's I got destroyed really quickly. Here, was an up and down and was not too bad despite what game I played. I have not gotton a jackpot here yet, but I hope too soon. I do like the games here and gotton some good wins. They also have a nice gift shop so I used my points from there. They have preferred parking as well, but it is hidden, near the front of the entrance. I happened to accidentally find it when I was walking and playing Pokemon.

What a great casino. The complex is amazing. A lot going on and a lot to do. We were there for the ZZ Top show and it was great. The rooms are very nice. Our view was awesome. Highly recommend this place.

My husband and I decided to have a staycation at the IP. It was one of the only hotels that had a suite available with a jacuzzi. In general, I love the IP. I come here to gamble and have been to the spa as well. I'm almost hesitant to write this review to let the secret out! We have stayed at several other local hotels. This was by far one of, if not THEE best stay! The employees at check in were welcoming and courteous. The line went quickly and it was a smooth process. Now let me get to the reason for this review, the room. I seen pictures of the room online but let me tell you, the pictures don't do this room any justice! Upon entering, there's a short hallway that opens to the living room. There's a mini fridge (no freezer) and a microwave as well. The couch is oversized and comfy! The bedroom is completely separate. This would be very ideal for families and groups traveling together. The entire suite is decorated so modern and it's just really gorgeous! Everything was pristine! The jacuzzi is located in a perfect spot in the bedroom/bathroom area. The lighting over the jacuzzi as well as the rest of the bathroom lighting can be adjusted. There's a generous sized closet at the end of the bathroom area that also has a safe. The seamless shower door was sleek and clean! The jacuzzi was excellent! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air in the bedroom can be adjusted separately from the living room. Thank you IP for such a marvelous stay! I look forward to staying again in the near future!

I've been coming to Biloxi for years and have stayed at the Hard Rock countless times…read more Unfortunately, the property has steadily declined in terms of service, amenities, cleanliness, and overall guest experience. I'm currently here and am beyond frustrated. It rained around 11 a.m., and apparently that means there is no pool service for the rest of the day. Guests are given only one small towel, which barely covers the lounge chair, and I was refused a second. Since there was no pool service, I attempted to grab a drink from one of the casino bars to bring back outside, only to be told my cover-up was not appropriate. Mind you, I was wearing a one-piece swimsuit and a modest cover-up that happened to be slightly short. I've seen far more revealing attire throughout the casino. I've been here for three days and my room has not been serviced once. I currently have no clean towels. Last night, my room key repeatedly malfunctioned, requiring multiple trips to the front desk before maintenance finally had to come let me into my room. The valet service disappeared years ago, but that's only one small piece of a much larger problem. There are often homeless individuals congregating outside the property. Even the non-smoking rooms smell like smoke. The hotel itself appears neglected--dust coats the glass shelving, light fixtures, and other surfaces throughout the property. A closer look reveals a level of dirt and lack of upkeep that is hard to ignore. While many employees have been pleasant, others seem completely uninterested in providing quality customer service and have noticeably poor attitudes. The pool area remains the hotel's biggest selling point, but even that feels dated and poorly maintained. Much of the property is overdue for a deep cleaning, pressure washing, and significant refurbishment. I used to genuinely love staying here, which makes this review disappointing to write. The Hard Rock was once one of Biloxi's standout properties. Today, I would strongly recommend spending your money elsewhere--particularly at the Beau Rivage, which continues to offer a much higher standard of service, cleanliness, and overall guest experience.

CASINO SLOTS EXPERIENCE: In order to play at the slot machines, it was ideal to get a player's card. I interacted with Jonathan (Slot Player Ambassador); he was super kind and quick to get me all set up. I proceeded to participate at a total of two slots: Genghis Khan (GK) and Mo Mo Mo Mummy. I wasn't scoring too much with G.K. However, the Mo Mo Mo Mummy game was very promising. With the insertion of a $100 bill, I won $70, which wasn't too shabby. I cashed out the $170 at the ticket redemption machine. BLU: The bar located on the 9th floor was incredibly gorgeous. I was amazed by the entire ambiance. I ordered a Strawberry Lemon Drop and Hot Bacon Jam Oysters. Both were super delicious and they were discounted during Happy Hour! INFINITY BUFFET: I opted for the buffet dinner with Snow Crab Legs, priced at $44.09. I focused on consuming crab legs that entire evening. They were so delicious, juicy, and cooked to perfection. The melted butter was such a great pairing. PARKING: There were so many spaces available throughout the hotel property. I managed to find direct parking in front of the casino/hotel. Self-parking was complimentary to all guests, whether staying at the hotel or even just visiting for the day. Overall, I was impressed with Treasure Bay Casino and Hotel. The slot machines were beyond entertaining, the buffet was great with the AYCE Snow Crab Legs and the bar was spectacular with small bites, drinks, and atmosphere. The next time I visit, I will heavily consider staying in a hotel room.

Ok so I did come back to eat at the den . I wanted to give you guys another chance. Unfortunately…read moreonce again you failed. The Den only had 2 servers so we had to wait outside til they could get caught up. That's bad management on your part. Not having enough servers. I understand you got swamped but having more than 2 for lunch is pretty common sense. That's peak time . Hubbie said he overheard some didnt show up . Once again not the customer's problem . You need reliable employees. Plus you only had beer and wine (Chardonnay) in my case that the manager had to unlock next door at Blu every single time. Thats quite ridiculous. The views are great and it's peaceful but that's all I can say . The minuses outweigh the positives. Yes everyone was apologetic but I choose your restaurant out of many others and my experience was pretty poor . I could have went to Shaggy's and not had to wait that long for a drink nor had that much of a wait. My husband said his seafood platter was overdone. Heres another thing You had no drink list . A list showing the beers you had and the wines is pretty standard in the restaurant businesses. Plus knowing the price points . We also got a drink at Blue at 4. The locals pretty much take the place over and our drinks the strawberry smash and honey bubbles were just not good The rum cake drink was ok. To be honest I gave you more chances than you deserved but Once again your casino/restaurants were not up to my personal expectations. I'm used to better. We played single deck blackjack . The pit boss was a bit rude . I had explained to the dealer it was only my second time playing bJ that day . I had never played it at a casino before. So yes the blackjack was different with different rules. I explained I just played it at Harrah's and it wasn't the same so I didn't understand the new rules . We thought it was regular blackjack. Then we played regular blackjack and I only had two or so bets to do to be done. I was losing and they made my son leave the table after the original dealer said he could be there. He has autism so we were keeping him close to us . He was doing zip . So once again a pit boss was being rude. I had already said that I had to finish up because I had to go to the bathroom so I was just finishing the bets . Treasure Bay you showed me once again in so many ways you are not for me or my family. You do have a few nice employees but your pit bosses are rude compared to Harrah's. For blackjack and slots I'll go there. You have truly lost us . Yes We gave you money but it's the last time!! Good riddance

We had a incident involving a overzealous security guard…read more I have since talked to Sue Strong The director of safety and she tells me she will talk to the security guards . This involves going down for breakfast -Be Aware if you are a early riser You will only be able to go to the floor only IF Stacked has their light on. What happened was they didn't and instead of told this We were just told You cant go on the floor-best explanation they are not open . So just know if they are running late you will not be able to go on the floor. This is why! Personally not going to lie its aggravating to the extreme to us but We just dont normally go right at 7 am. My best recommendation go at 7:15 am to give time to Stacked who can drag a mere minute behind and security here can be over zealous!! This was the first time We tried to eat at opening time . We had a 5 hr ride ahead of us and We thought it wouldnt be a issue to get breakfast. We were wrong! So either go a bit later to Stacked or go elsewhere. If We need to eat early We will be going elsewhere because it's just not worth the hassle with security . My thoughts on the whole casino open at 8 am and you cant even go on the floor til Stacked opens. Its freaking odd and I go to casinos all over . There are such people as Early birds or Early Risers! Yet you are not welcome here it seems lol Why do I come here because its affordable, usually a room is available when we book, Mignon's, Room 411 with the views of the pool and boats . Where it is located its close to places we frequent. I will tell you the pillows are much too soft and I will take our pillows next time. There is a mix of things I love about The Palace and some things that make zero sense /somethings not as good/aggravating in the extreme We have always gotten here way before check in and there has never been a issue of waiting for a room. For these reasons I can't give 5* it's way too much aggravation for that . I will give it 3* this time only because of the rude interaction with the security guard . Many staff apologized except for the person who did it. Will We come back? I'm ok with it as long as We don't eat at stacked too early or We can just not even go to Stacked at all. Our stay was fine before the security guard incident. Yet noone wants a altercation on their last day before they leave. This is the good and the bad Bad -casino open at 8 am Cant get on floor earlier unless Stacked is open Pillows too soft Refrigerator is not that cold No fan in the bathroom Overzealous security guards Parking lot gets full and stays full most days. (So you have to park in backlot) Contact doesnt have food options everyday only on certain days No hot tub No heated pool Zero rewards for using play card(we have never received anything) The shower faucet is very aggravating As far as I know they never do anything seasonal decorations, promos, anything Good:Can usually check in ahead of time Mignon's Room 411 in my opinion is the best room Most employees are nice Close to other casinos Usually the clientele is older folks 40+ so usually no rowdy children which we appreciate being older ourselves Contact and Stacked are good, affordable restaurants if you dont want to leave (just make sure its after 7 am lol ) (and on a day contact serves food) Have some of our favorite slots Blackjack cheaper than at some casinos Its a mixed bag for sure I can tell you its probably not the best nor the worst hotel you have ever been. It's usually serviceable to us but take everything I have said in consideration before staying.

The negatives and why I wouldn't stay here 1. Those elevators! They are too dang slow. We seriously took the stairs which I swear was 10 flights from the bar cause it was too slow. Not only that they are the smallest elevators I have ever had the misfortune to be in. This was way before 4 so that can't be used as an excuse! 2 . The elevators were crowded to the point it was uncomfortable. The hotel itself is more crowded than I prefer . This is probably because of Summer!
