This is a cut out hole in the wall.I paid for a closet this is not what I paid for per hotel advertisement booking.
    Cathy L.

Cathy Lakhani Serious Warning to Senior Guests & Pageant Participants I arrived in November as a pageant Queen expecting the "royal treatment" heavily advertised by Ms. Senior World and its host hotel. What I experienced was the complete opposite. There was no assistance with luggage, no valet, and no staff support, despite this being a senior pageant. A power blackout occurred while I was unpacking, and there were no blankets on the bed when I entered my room. I booked and paid for a King Suite, and my booking receipt explicitly advertised a closet and multiple closets. In reality, there was no closet at all--only a cut-out hole in the wall, which was completely inadequate for pageant gowns or my husband's suits. This was misleading and unacceptable. I reported these issues to the front desk, on-site management, and later emailed the General Manager, who never responded. When I contacted Ms. Senior World, I was referred back to the hotel. The hotel referred me back to Ms. Senior World--despite the organization contracting with this hotel for the past three years. No one accepted responsibility. As a senior with physical limitations, I should never have been expected to lift, carry, and manage heavy bags and pageant attire without assistance. This experience felt more like boot camp than royal treatment. Had I known these conditions in advance, I would not have booked this hotel or participated in this pageant. Senior women deserve honesty, accessibility, and the level of care that is advertised. I am sharing this review so others--especially senior Queens--can make an informed decision before investing their time, money, and physical well-being.

I checked out a day early, & I was given a receipt for the 3 days I stayed. However, my credit card was billed for 2 additional days!

***UPDATE*** To date, 31 March 2025, no one has been willing to speak to me from Hotel Legends about the erroneous charges made to my credit card. My company contact who arranged for the lodging at this establishment for a conference has not been able to reach resolution either. I was instructed to file a dispute with my credit card. Disgusting!

This would be a more highly recommended hotel if the walls didn't feel paper thin! We could hear every conversation and the seemingly LOUD tv of the neighboring room. They really ought to try to do something about that... My overall impression was that it was very, very clean - and I want to make sure to note that while that should be standard in any hotel I felt this one was among one of the cleanest I've been in. The service staff were incredibly nice and attentive with the older woman at the front desk going above and beyond for us. We had booked two nights originally and ended up adding a night onto the front part of our trip after the fact. She helped ensure that we were in the same room. We never did end up making it to the Sapphire Supper Club since it just didn't fit in with our itinerary and what a bummer they close so early on the weekend. Was hoping to at least get a drink but if you're later than 10, forget it. I would consider staying here again, but do be mindful that if you're a light sleeper or sensitive to noise it might not be a great fit for you.

Great boutique hotel on Beach Blvd close to all the major casinos. After check in with the friendly staff, we were offered a free drink of choice from one of the 2 bars on site. I had the Long Island iced tea from the pool bar which I highly recommend. In addition to the pool, there was a very nice gym and area suitable for events. The overall aesthetic was pleasing with a classy ambiance and tribute to different musicians throughout history. Our suite was clean and spacious. (Even bigger than some one bedroom apartments). The only downside was that the kitchenette, despite being very large, didn't have much purpose as most of the cabinets were empty with only a mini fridge and safe. As mentioned on their website, there was no microwave despite there being plenty of room for one.

Very nice hotel. Spacious room (we had a King suite). Friendly staff, Thomas was great at check in. The hotel is fairly new and across the street from the water/beach. Walking distance to casinos and restaurants. They also have a restaurant on site, Sapphire Supper Club, that has live entertainment. The hotel reminds you of the Rat Pack days and there are pictures reflecting that era throughout the hotel and in your room.

Huge room!!! We paid around $200 a night

I like this place. Compared to what else you could be getting in the area I'm with it! Downside is that it's literally a hotel so no casino, you're gonna have to walk/drive for that. I love how huge the room is and the service is super nice! The "Hollywood" glam feel is really cool. I also like how clean it is. They even give their guests a little token chip for a free drink in their bar! Which I totally recommend you stopping by. Make sure to make a reservation if you want a table! Worth it!! What I didn't like was that the smell of the hallways reminded me of a alley during the rain next to a burning building.. musty and reeked of cigarettes, I could of sworn we got a non-smoking room. Annnddd the room is kind of expensive like $200+ a night. Overall I still like this place and hopefully they will improve the smell in the walkways.

Beautiful facility, wonderful views, and amazing staff! We stayed here for an event on the coast. They did have to verify the card we paid with, so I had to wait for my partner to get there since he was driving from further north. While I waited, the sweet front desk worker Mrs. Oona Dickey gave me a chip for a welcome drink at the bar. The supper club and bar are gorgeous! Beautiful atmosphere, the staff was very attentive and friendly and they had live music. We got checked in by Mr. Kendal Pickney, who was so welcoming and helpful. We requested a view of the gulf, and our room was on the 11th floor was a gorgeous view! The room was a king suite and had more than I usually expect for a hotel, along with the comfy bed, lovely decor and huge bathroom and shower. There is also free parking for guests. Overall, we had an amazing stay, and look forward to returning!

Nice hotel with a really cool vibe. The lobby is nice and the bar and restaurant is really nice. The only complaint is that the walls are poorly insulated and the connecting doors are not well made so if you have someone in the room next to you that is half deaf and leaves the TV on all night and very loud, you will not sleep well. If I lived near here, I would visit the bar on a regular basis.

Last minute one night stay. Came the night before Thanksgiving for one night as the weather was beautiful and they had a great rate $. First time here it was quiet due to the holiday which I was thankful for. The pool area is beautiful, nice lobby, pleasant checkin and great rooms. The room was spacious with large sitting area and small bar/kitchen space. Modern bathrooms and decor. 2 free drinks at their restaurant included with your stay. Two things I will mention that bring this place down a bit to a 4 vs 5 are the walls are very thin. You can hear everything going on in hall to the music they play in halls to conversations of people walking by and toilets flushing in nearby rooms etc. The other is the couch and chair in the room while they look nice are very uncomfortable. Beyond that it was all good. Great location just across from the beach and walkable to restaurants and casinos.

Nice peaceful and private. Upscale rooms and pool is really nice. Over looks the gulf coast and beach. Just wish pool was heated. No bar on Sundays and limited food choices. Friendly staff. Very clean. I would definitely come back.

    Nothing but the best!

What keeps me coming back is that I feel like I get value for my money. Compared to many casinos, Beau Rivage has been generous with complimentary offers, free play, dining credits, and other promotions. While gambling always involves risk, I personally feel like my money lasts longer here, and I've had some enjoyable wins over the years. Although I haven't personally won more than $1,000 at one time, I've seen many reports on social media and heard from family and friends who have won several thousand dollars here. The property itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere makes for an enjoyable experience whether you're there to gamble, dine, or relax. One thing I really appreciate that often gets overlooked is the restrooms. The women's bathrooms are very spacious with a large number of stalls, which makes a big difference during busy times. Even when the casino is crowded, you don't feel packed in or waiting forever. Everything is kept clean and well-organized, and it's one of the more comfortable restroom setups I've experienced in a large casino. Parking is a bit of a long walk from the garage to the casino floor, but I personally don't mind it because it gives me some extra walking and exercise. For those who prefer convenience, valet is a good option, especially for seniors or anyone with mobility concerns. My biggest concern is the cell phone service inside the casino. Most of the time, your phone will not work properly once you're deep inside the building, especially in the casino area. It feels like being underground or in a basement where service drops completely. To get a signal back, you often have to walk closer to exits or the security desk area, or wait until you leave the casino entirely. In today's world, having reliable phone service is important, and this is definitely something Beau Rivage should improve. As for the dining options, I've eaten at Stalla, Salt & Ivy Coastal Kitchen, and several of the other restaurants on the property. The food quality has generally been good, and the restaurants provide a nice dining experience. Salt & Ivy Coastal Kitchen, in particular, stands out. The food was very good and better reflected the comfort food, Southern flavors, and Mississippi Gulf Coast cooking that I was hoping to find during my visit. I think some of the other restaurants at Beau Rivage could take notes from Salt & Ivy when it comes to menu development and food preparation. While many of the other restaurants serve good food, some menus feel more generic and don't always capture the local flavors and culinary traditions of Mississippi and the Gulf Coast. When I visit Biloxi, I want to experience food that reflects the region, and Salt & Ivy does a much better job of delivering that experience. The buffet is decent and offers a variety of choices, but I would also like to see more regional favorites and authentic Gulf Coast cuisine. With Beau Rivage being such a premier destination in Biloxi, I think the food program has the potential to better showcase the area's culinary traditions. The only thing I'm still waiting on is a complimentary room offer! Hopefully that comes with future visits. Overall, Beau Rivage continues to be one of my favorite casinos. Between the beautiful property, enjoyable gaming experience, generous promotions, and quality amenities, it's a place I recommend to friends and family. A few improvements to the food offerings and phone connectivity would make the experience even better.

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino - Hard Rock Elevator Sign

    Hard Rock Hotel & Casino

    (359 reviews)

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Biloxi…read more Some places look the part. This place plays the part. Clean, sharp, and buzzing the second you walk in yeah, it's iconic, no question. The games are dialed in, the whole setup feels polished, and it's got that classic casino energy where anything can happen. But let's be real that's not why this one took my number one spot. It's the generosity. I've been to casinos where getting a drink feels like you're filing paperwork. Waiting, flagging someone down, or worse paying like you're at a concert. Not here. At this place, the drinks don't just show up... they find you. Like clockwork. Like they've got a sixth sense for an empty glass. We were there celebrating friends, my daughter, her classmates and every single one of us noticed the same thing. Not just friendly, not just nice... but relentless in the best way. You'd take two sips and boom there's someone asking if you're ready for another. It felt like Mardi Gras met old-school Vegas and decided to move to Biloxi. Now let me paint you a quick picture There's this older gentleman a few seats down from me, posted up at a machine like he's been there since sunrise. Calm, steady, not saying much. A waitress swings by, keeps his glass full without him ever asking. Whiskey, neat. Every time it dips, she's back like a ghost with good intentions. After a while, he finally looks up at her and says, "Ma'am... I don't know if I'm winning or if you're just making me think I am." She smiles, tops him off, and says, "Honey, around here... we make sure you feel like both." And that right there? That's the place. Because here's the truth when a casino is generous with the drinks, people loosen up. They laugh more, tip more, play a little longer, take a few extra chances. It builds a vibe. A reputation. A story you take home with you. So yeah, there are a lot of casinos in Biloxi. Bigger, flashier, louder maybe. But this one? This one understands the assignment. You come to gamble. You come to celebrate. And when they keep that glass full without you chasing it... that's hospitality. That's why it's number one.

I'm currently here and am beyond frustrated. It rained around 11 a.m., and apparently that means there is no pool service for the rest of the day. Guests are given only one small towel, which barely covers the lounge chair, and I was refused a second. Since there was no pool service, I attempted to grab a drink from one of the casino bars to bring back outside, only to be told my cover-up was not appropriate. Mind you, I was wearing a one-piece swimsuit and a modest cover-up that happened to be slightly short. I've seen far more revealing attire throughout the casino. I've been here for three days and my room has not been serviced once. I currently have no clean towels. Last night, my room key repeatedly malfunctioned, requiring multiple trips to the front desk before maintenance finally had to come let me into my room. The valet service disappeared years ago, but that's only one small piece of a much larger problem. There are often homeless individuals congregating outside the property. Even the non-smoking rooms smell like smoke. The hotel itself appears neglected--dust coats the glass shelving, light fixtures, and other surfaces throughout the property. A closer look reveals a level of dirt and lack of upkeep that is hard to ignore. While many employees have been pleasant, others seem completely uninterested in providing quality customer service and have noticeably poor attitudes. The pool area remains the hotel's biggest selling point, but even that feels dated and poorly maintained. Much of the property is overdue for a deep cleaning, pressure washing, and significant refurbishment. I used to genuinely love staying here, which makes this review disappointing to write. The Hard Rock was once one of Biloxi's standout properties. Today, I would strongly recommend spending your money elsewhere--particularly at the Beau Rivage, which continues to offer a much higher standard of service, cleanliness, and overall guest experience.
