Legends Hotel in Biloxi is beautiful and ideally situated within walking distance of several eateries at a wide range of price points. The pool area is a nice setup, but it could use some cleaning attention. They should also invest in some flowers and greenery out there, as it feels a bit sparse and not very inviting. That said, I always enjoy my stays here. The interior is clean, and the staff is friendly and ready to assist. The lobby is stunning -- beautiful floors, gorgeous chandeliers, and well-maintained greenery that adds a lush, welcoming touch. The theme speaks for itself -- "Legends." Beautiful black-and-white framed photos of Marilyn Monroe, Audrey Hepburn, and other icons set the perfect tone. The chandeliers in the rooms are a lovely touch as well. read more

This is one of the nicest, cleanest hotels I've stayed at in a very long time(and I travel a lot). Due to our large family, we purchased the 2 bedroom suite for the night. There's a living room and kitchen, with mini fridge, safe, microwave, lots of storage areas for luggage and items. Showers and bathrooms were clean, although in room 406 we noticed the guest room bathroom mirror led lights aren't working. The water pressure was pretty low in both bathrooms but the temperature was nice and hot. And there are vents in the bathrooms, something I hardly ever see. I am also extremely satisfied that they opted for rugs versus carpets, as carpets can get nasty and you can't replace them easily. The beds were comfy, towels were thick and heavy, the rooms were cold, ac's working top notch, the classic old touch of luxury just brings you back to another time. Upon check in they gave us tokens for complimentary drinks at the hotel bar. 10 out of 10 I recommend and would stay here again. But if you do, you're on your own for breakfast. Also, the concierge people weren't rude, exactly, but not friendly at all. If I were to improve the stay, I would have a pull-out magnifying mirror in the bathroom, extra towels, extra blankets as the comforter was as thin as 3 sheets put together, perhaps larger travel bottles of shampoo and body wash, dish soap and towel in the kitchen, and it wouldn't hurt to have the foyer smelling good with diffusers. Beautiful and comfortable hotel within walking distance to the casinos and a few restaurants (outside of the casinos). Checking in was easy peasy, employees were very friendly and helpful. You also get a faux casino chip coin for a free beverage of your choice at the lobby restaurant (when open) as well as at the barista counter where you can get a specialty coffee, house wine and select beer and other continental breakfast and snack items. Rooms are spacious, quiet, and comfortable; however, beds were a little too small as I feel they should go up to king sized. Also, no microwaves are provided in the rooms. Decor is from the Hollywood celebrities glamour of the 40's which is a little cool but also a little too overdone. Loved that this is a smoke free hotel as most lodging at the nearby casinos is not smoke free. Would have loved to stay at least one more night! Short from a five star review is due to the lobby restaurant only open on Weds-Sun evenings and no laundry facilities on site. Parking is plentiful and free of charge. read more

Cathy Lakhani Serious Warning to Senior Guests & Pageant Participants I arrived in November as a pageant Queen expecting the "royal treatment" heavily advertised by Ms. Senior World and its host hotel. What I experienced was the complete opposite. There was no assistance with luggage, no valet, and no staff support, despite this being a senior pageant. A power blackout occurred while I was unpacking, and there were no blankets on the bed when I entered my room. I booked and paid for a King Suite, and my booking receipt explicitly advertised a closet and multiple closets. In reality, there was no closet at all--only a cut-out hole in the wall, which was completely inadequate for pageant gowns or my husband's suits. This was misleading and unacceptable. I reported these issues to the front desk, on-site management, and later emailed the General Manager, who never responded. When I contacted Ms. Senior World, I was referred back to the hotel. The hotel referred me back to Ms. Senior World--despite the organization contracting with this hotel for the past three years. No one accepted responsibility. As a senior with physical limitations, I should never have been expected to lift, carry, and manage heavy bags and pageant attire without assistance. This experience felt more like boot camp than royal treatment. Had I known these conditions in advance, I would not have booked this hotel or participated in this pageant. Senior women deserve honesty, accessibility, and the level of care that is advertised. I am sharing this review so others--especially senior Queens--can make an informed decision before investing their time, money, and physical well-being. read more

Had to cancel a reservation I made with them due to change in plans. I was canceling more than a month ahead of time. The "fully qualified" associate took 10 minutes to cancel the call. I gave my confirmation number, then my name, then my address, then my phone, then my email. After all that she insisted on reading back every detail before she could cancel to make sure it was the right one? Why do you need to confirm the room type, I gave you my confirmation number?!?!? This would be a more highly recommended hotel if the walls didn't feel paper thin! We could hear every conversation and the seemingly LOUD tv of the neighboring room. They really ought to try to do something about that... My overall impression was that it was very, very clean - and I want to make sure to note that while that should be standard in any hotel I felt this one was among one of the cleanest I've been in. The service staff were incredibly nice and attentive with the older woman at the front desk going above and beyond for us. We had booked two nights originally and ended up adding a night onto the front part of our trip after the fact. She helped ensure that we were in the same room. We never did end up making it to the Sapphire Supper Club since it just didn't fit in with our itinerary and what a bummer they close so early on the weekend. Was hoping to at least get a drink but if you're later than 10, forget it. I would consider staying here again, but do be mindful that if you're a light sleeper or sensitive to noise it might not be a great fit for you. read more

Great boutique hotel on Beach Blvd close to all the major casinos. After check in with the friendly staff, we were offered a free drink of choice from one of the 2 bars on site. I had the Long Island iced tea from the pool bar which I highly recommend. In addition to the pool, there was a very nice gym and area suitable for events. The overall aesthetic was pleasing with a classy ambiance and tribute to different musicians throughout history. Our suite was clean and spacious. (Even bigger than some one bedroom apartments). The only downside was that the kitchenette, despite being very large, didn't have much purpose as most of the cabinets were empty with only a mini fridge and safe. I like this place. Compared to what else you could be getting in the area I'm with it! Downside is that it's literally a hotel so no casino, you're gonna have to walk/drive for that. I love how huge the room is and the service is super nice! The "Hollywood" glam feel is really cool. I also like how clean it is. They even give their guests a little token chip for a free drink in their bar! Which I totally recommend you stopping by. Make sure to make a reservation if you want a table! Worth it!! What I didn't like was that the smell of the hallways reminded me of a alley during the rain next to a burning building.. musty and reeked of cigarettes, I could of sworn we got a non-smoking room. They did have to verify the card we paid with, so I had to wait for my partner to get there since he was driving from further north. While I waited, the sweet front desk worker Mrs. Oona Dickey gave me a chip for a welcome drink at the bar. The supper club and bar are gorgeous! Beautiful atmosphere, the staff was very attentive and friendly and they had live music. We got checked in by Mr. Kendal Pickney, who was so welcoming and helpful. We requested a view of the gulf, and our room was on the 11th floor was a gorgeous view! The room was a king suite and had more than I usually expect for a hotel, along with the comfy bed, lovely decor and huge bathroom and shower. There is also free parking for guests. Last minute one night stay. Came the night before Thanksgiving for one night as the weather was beautiful and they had a great rate $. First time here it was quiet due to the holiday which I was thankful for. The pool area is beautiful, nice lobby, pleasant checkin and great rooms. The room was spacious with large sitting area and small bar/kitchen space. Modern bathrooms and decor. 2 free drinks at their restaurant included with your stay. Two things I will mention that bring this place down a bit to a 4 vs 5 are the walls are very thin. You can hear everything going on in hall to the music they play in halls to conversations of people walking by and toilets flushing in nearby rooms etc. The other is the couch and chair in the room while they look nice are very uncomfortable. Beyond that it was all good. Great location just across from the beach and walkable to restaurants and casinos. read more

They do not honor their cancellation/refund policy. Cancelled a prepaid reservation for the first time in May prior to a stay in June. Called again in June the week prior to the cancelled reservation date only to be told that the reservation wasn't cancelled (I have an email saying that it was). I was then assured that it was cancelled and would receive a refund (have a second email saying that it was cancelled. Called again in late June only to be told that they had turned it over to corporate and it was out of their hands. The reservation was made directly with the hotel and not using a third party. We stayed here several months ago, and overall, a nice stay for the cost/location. Our mistake, we left 2 shirts worth about $200 in the closet. We called when we realized it. They said they had them and would keep them until we came through town again in December. Great! When we arrived over the holidays, the daytime front desk lady was extremely rude and difficult, refused to even go look for the items without ID and the reservation, saying we could be stealing...shirts that we could describe to a tee and had previously called about. Understandable, I'll find/pull it up on my hotels.com app. She then said she couldn't confirm that it was my hotels.com account. Seriously...ok, watch me in my phone...here is my name on my account and here is the reservation. She finally agreed to call to ask. All for not, they failed to keep the shirts...disappointing, but it was our fault, we'll take responsibility for it even though they didn't follow through. However, instead of going through the ID and reservation, had she just gone/called to check for the shirts, all that time/effort would have been avoided, she wouldn't have had to be rude, and they wouldn't have lost a customer. Also to note, there was nobody else in the lobby when we arrived, so it wasn't like we were holding up a line. There is just no reason to be that rude and difficult. If you can't be nice to people, there are plenty of non-customer service jobs out there. read more

Beautiful hotel with all the elegant charm and feels. We love the Rat Pack stuff and all the glamorous movie stars of yesteryear. The supper club was very good too. Now I will be just a bit picky, because why write a review if you don't give the whole dish on the place. The pool is nice but does need a long overdue. Cleaning (just because it is salt water, doesn't mean the thing shouldn't be drained and cleaned once a year. But the bar staff that comes and brings you those little drinks with umbrellas, right up to your seat while sunning, was amazing. The staff was amazing, all except one young lady who seemed like she hated her job. She had a tattoo on her arm that talked about stupid people and was a younger woman who's had a bad day or life? Who can tell? She sarcastically asked me if I wanted something while standing at the snack bar area for a drink (no I think I'll just stand here next to goods for purchase)?!?!? But otherwise everybody else was fantastic. The rooms are beautiful but the tv leaned slightly, just so that it was hard to tilt towards both the bed and the adjacent living room area. The beds were super comfy and the sheets luxurious. The bathroom was nice, all except for the shower floor grout. When it was dry it was dark, but when it got wet, some turned that awful mildew pink color which didn't please me for walking in there without shower shoes on. All in all though, this place was a 4-star plus hotel. I'd definitely stay here again. It makes you feel like a movie star. read more

Suites are connected which isn't stated in description. Can hear other guest attach too our room. There where hairs inside or the shower which is a big no no for me especially with COVID. Leads me to believe the rooms aren't being probably cleaned, or inspected before guest check in. I was offered only to speak with a supervisor in the morning regarding the conjoined room. I would say this place is far from comfortable, nor does it have a gold standard. Upon checking in there was a white crusty stain on the bed. House keeping was very prompt, and said they had been having trouble with their linens. The sheets were changed right away, everything was fine. We went about our day, and went to a concert and didn't get back till late. When we woke up in the morning, we realized the sheets they had replaced our other sheets with, had literally human feces in between the sheets. (Specifically between the top sheet and comforter) The manger would not come up to speak with me, about the manner, and actually didn't even apologize. Non compassionate or empathetic. First, the interior and pool area of Hotel Legends is quite lovely. We hosted an event this past weekend and brought over 30 people to Legend's Supper Club. As one of the 3 hosts coordinating our event, I had specific questions to verify the reservations made in advance for our group, etc. and left a voice mail for the Tony, Manager of the Supper Club. Left another message. Finally, traveled from New Orleans to the hotel to view the venue, and talked with front desk clerk, Deborah who assured me Tony would return my call. To date, Tony has not returned my call. I did see him that Friday night, April 30th as we were escorted to our seats. Spencer, Rat Pack entertainer, was awesome. Michael, our waiter, was entertaining and attentive. Tony......should not be in customer service. Did not seek me out to apologize for his lack of communication, didn't seem overly friendly with our group, was actually quite distant. Would I go back to see the entertainment, yes. Recommend the Chicken Marsala. BUT, if you are planning anything big like an event of any type in the Supper Club, Tony will be a disappointing point of contact. read more
