Went for princess tea and had a wonderful time! I heard they do tea on Wednesdays and select Saturdays and this was a special theme, the princesses were beautiful and so in character! Snow White came to our table and stayed in character the whole time even though it was a table of mainly adults and a 7 month old. They did songs with the kids and some small performances, Snow White sang beautifully. Cinderella was also amazing. (Everyone was great but some special shoutouts) They had a cute Photo Booth for photos as well and the kids loved meeting the princesses and getting autographs. Tea was well spaced out I never felt over crowded and the staff was great. For $70 for tea, lite bites and desert, and a special theme I thought it was worth the money. We even got lotions that they make on site and you get to keep your reusable tea bags.

They took our pictures in the beautiful hall.

Went to their high tea and had a surprise 70th birthday for my girlfriend. Everything was outstanding Aaron did a marvelous job waiting on our table and Molly was such a sweet surprise. She recognized us as service women and helped us in any way. They really outdid themselves. The restaurant was outstanding and I will surely be back. The tea was outstanding and I can't wait to try it again along with tea sandwiches, stones, and especially the dessert.

We had a photoshoot at this amazing event center as the winners of the Idaho America Pageants 2026. I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful location to capture such a special milestone. The space was stunning and provided the perfect backdrop for celebrating our accomplishments. Josh Wolfe Productions for Photography.

Had an amazing afternoon tea at the chateau as always! All the courses were delicious and filling. By the time we got to dessert we were so stuffed that we had to get boxes to go. I feel like the value of the tea is incredible and I highly recommend that everyone check it out!

First off I would say this venue is absolutely beautiful from the chandeliers to the exquisite paintings in the hallway it was magical. The outdoor garden makes you feel like you are escaping into a European garden. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 star is because I felt like the sandwiches could of been better they didn't have much flavor and the group I was with all agreed it could of been better and for the price you expect everything to be done right. The pastries were yummy I would say the scone and lemon tart was my favorite. They had some good tea option and I went with a lavender black tea which I would recommend. Our waiter was friendly and very helpful I forgot his name but he was from France and he was a delight. Next time I'm in Idaho I will be back for another tea time and I think everyone should go to this place at least once!

Chateau Des Fleurs is a stunning venue adorned with crystal chandeliers and gorgeous flower bouquets! Guests choose from a nice selection of teas including decaffeinated. The first course was a cracked pepper and cheese quiche served with a small seasonal salad. The sandwiches were cucumber butter, chicken salad and salmon lox. The pastries included a persian rose water cream puff (my favorite), seasonal parfait, lemon tartlet, fairy cake, seasonal cookie and two cherries (seasonal fruit). Wine and or non alcoholic sparking lemonade can be enjoyed for an additional charge. The cost of $59 per adult and $49 for children under 10 did seem a little pricey for the food served, but I imagine that is offset by the cost of the tea strainer you are encouraged to take with you. You also receive a sample of Camille Beckman Hand Cream. It was lovely to see the tea enjoyed by both adults and children. Several tables were celebrating special occasions. And, once again, the fresh flowers were absolutely stunning.

I went to a high tea with my mom and sisters right after Christmas. We'd never been to a high tea before, but the server was really kind and helpful and explained the whole process to us. We each ordered a pot of tea. There was a good selection with a variety of types of tea- green, black, herbal- so there's something for everyone. They served us a tray of hot food first-- quiche and a Brie tartlet. After that, we got a tower of treats. It had everything from finger sandwiches to cookies to mousse. Everything was delicious, and they packed up the leftovers for us when we were done. The grounds and the building were beautiful. Perfect for photos, and I imagine it would be a great venue for a wedding or larger party. But we definitely had fun at our girls' afternoon out too!

Very generous piece of cheese frittata and small pretty salad

This review is for their afternoon tea which is offered on Wednesdays for $50 a person as of summer 2022. For $50 a person I would say my expectations were very high. The ambience is their strong point. Beautiful grounds and elegant decorations- definitely a fun place to come to have a fancy feeling time. The food was good- but not exceptional. The tea arrived first, One flavor per person which makes about 2 cups and you can get extra hot water but another flavor of tea will cost you an extra $10. The frittata and salad arrived after the tea. The cheese frittata was a generous portion drizzled with a horseradish cream sauce and the salad was small but had a sweet freshly made dressing. These two items were both great. The tea tower had sweet and savory items and I felt they were just "okay". Nothing exceptional taste wise on the tower, but a nice presentation and overall a fun outing.

    Very delicious creme brulee

What a wonderful dinner with wonderful music as well as amazing food grown in their gardens. I had the chicken marsala with the vegetable soup and it was amazing! My husband had the salmon and it was equally delicious. For dessert we shared creme brule with just the right amount of crunch! The atmosphere is absolutely gorgeous and they are practicing very safe social distancing with masks and all the service were wearing them appropriately. We had a wonderful waiter and the singing of old Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin songs was so much fun!

What a fun experience! The building is so beautiful and the atmosphere is wonderful! So elegantly decorated! Everything was presented beautifully! The choices of tea were wonderful! I had the Georgia peach which had great flavor. We did high tea so we ate what was offered and so many yummy choices and shocked at how full you can get off of finger sandwiches and little desserts! Favorites from everything Egg curry sandwich Salted caramel Scones with lemon curd Frosting from the fairy cake Belgium moose Citrus bar Asparagus quiche Cranberry tart Obviously they had good choices Don't waster your calories on the cookie, muffin, cucumber sandwich, plain scone, salmon sandwich 4 people total with tip $200

We booked her as our day of coordinator, but she went above and beyond to do all the work that was needed for the weeks leading up to the wedding. She always made herself available and addressed my questions and concerns promptly with a genuine kind and caring attitude. She was highly organized and worked so hard on the day of our wedding all the while having fun and never becoming stressed with all we gave her to do. She created a timeline quickly after we hired her and distributed it to all of our vendors in a timely manner. Amara was a life saver and brought a much needed calm, joyful energy to our last month of wedding planning madness!

Amara and her team were amazing! We originally only wanted a day of coordinator but due to the…read moreextent of our wedding we hired her and the team for the entire duration and full time wedding planners. My husband and I chose to do an outdoor wedding at an estate, meaning we had to bring in EVERYTHING. When I say everything I literally mean everything from the caterer, chairs, tables, table runners, utensils, dance floor, floral, lighting, outdoor bathrooms because we did not want to have our guest in the actual house ect. You can say it was a lot of work (understatement!!), we built the wedding from the ground up without any help from an onsite coordinator or director as you would prob. have at a regular venue or hall. That being said, we had no idea what we got ourselves into! Thank god for Amara and her team, she held our hand tightly through the entire process and told us things we would of never thought to do ourselves and would of been totally screwed the day of (LOL). Not only did Amara and the team know what they were doing but they had so many ideas and were so creative with a lot of the details that make a wedding. I had a vision and Amara was able to put it all on paper and make it become our reality. Our wedding was a dream! There was a few hiccups the day of (which I did not notice until after it was over) but the hiccups were not all on the wedding planners team, some of our vendors were not as cooperative as we would of liked but Amara and her team made sure to keep all that away from us on our big day. There is always going to be hiccups on the big day but with Amara's team they were unnoticeable the day of. I would definitely recommend Expressed Image to anyone, they make you feel more like great friends then your planning team and we were always comfortable going to them with anything, very accommodating. Thank you Amara and the rest of the team for making out wedding what it was, it would not of been possible without you!!

There are two parts to this business, the planning services and the decorating services. I wish I…read morecould rate them separately because they were night and day experiences. The decorations that were planned out after our meeting were really great and turned out exactly as I wanted. The table settings, gift table, buffet line, and other decor were really beautiful and went extremely well with the theme. She got the vision perfectly and really made sure it was what I wanted. One drawback was that she was late to almost every appointment I had with her which left me waiting around. I haven't hired professional decorators before but it was pretty darn pricey for renting the items. If I had just used the decorating services and nothing else I would have had a good experience. Unfortunately, I opted for the full service planning package as well and even now, long after the wedding is done, my biggest regret was spending a big chunk of my budget on the planning. I had more stress over how much I was paying for the planning and how little I was getting than I would have if I'd opted to do it solo. For getting the highest package offered I thought I'd be sitting back and making final decisions while they did the leg work of finding the best options for my budget, reminding me of what needed to be done, checking in with me to make sure I was doing ok, etc. That didn't happen. I was the one emailing to make sure I was doing what was needed or asking if I could have info on the vendors that needed to be hired yet. They did schedule a few of the appointments for us to meet with vendors and attended some of the early meetings but they offered so little input and help in the meetings that it felt unnecessary for them to be there and I finally stopped asking them to come or even to schedule anything for me. Every project to make items for the wedding was on my own, I could have had their help or had them make the items for an additional charge of course. When it came down to 3 weeks before the wedding and I hadn't heard from them about anything in over a month I got really upset. I felt a lot of tension between us for the remainder of the experience which was unpleasant. On wedding day things did not go anywhere near as planned. I thought it would be the job of the wedding planner to make sure everyone was running on time, getting things done that needed done, solving last minute emergencies, but after seeing them once upon my arrival to the venue I didn't see much of them at all until after the ceremony. I was in the bridal suite getting ready and didn't get any reminders of time, updates on how things were going, or help keeping unnecessary people out of the bridal suite. I was assured I had all the best vendors but that wasn't exactly the case either. The DJ that was highly recommended by the planner couldn't seem to figure out timing, played the wrong song twice for our first dance (I had provided a CD, all that needed done was to push play) and they didn't seem to listen at all to the kind of music we wanted since we requested top 40 and country and started hearing a lot of electronica and club music. (Not the planner's fault but not sure how they are so highly recommended.) I had asked the planner to meet the baker when she delivered the cake and to keep the desserts in the fridge until the dinner service started so things wouldn't melt in the heat. This wasn't done at all, so our guests started eating the small desserts before the ceremony even started and the wedding cake was melting and extremely hard to cut and handle. I had forgotten to assign someone to cut the cake (another service not provided in the full service package) and when a family member asked her who would be doing that she was told, "the bride was supposed to figure that out", and the planner walked away without helping. In addition to all of this, I heard interesting things after the wedding about the decorator drinking with the bridal party. I have a problem with this for two reasons. 1. They are not guests, they are hired professionals and should not be drinking on the job. Especially not asking my new sisters-in-law to take shots. 2. That alcohol was paid for by me and was intended for the guests, not for the people hired to put on the event. All in all I was extremely disappointed and, more than anything, upset that I felt that money was wasted and could have been put to much better use elsewhere. I honestly still can't understand all of the glowing reviews I'd seen at the time and should have listened to the negative reviews. Weirdly, the other negative reviews I saw months ago no longer seem to exist. I'm sure every experience is different for every bride but I didn't get what I thought I was paying for and would recommend that anyone thinking about a planner should ask tons of questions to make sure you are going to get what you want. I now get to look back on this part of the wedding experience for the rest of my life with regret.
