Come wedding day, Kalea was beyond amazing. She paid attention to the details, kept the day on track, helped us in more ways than I can count, and made sure everything went off without a hitch. We truly could not have made it through the day without her. She kept us calm through stress and nerves and was there for us with anything we needed. We would very highly recommend Kalea for any coordination needs you may have. She is incredible at what she does, and your event will be nothing short of amazing if you trust her to help fulfill your vision. We simply cannot praise or thank her enough.

I do not take…read morethis lightly, but I feel it is necessary to share our experience to ensure no other family goes through what my daughter did. She hired Kalea to help manage the stress and gain support for wedding planning while working full time and attending school, unfortunately Kalea added to the stress instead of relieving it. We were initially excited to hire Kalea for partial wedding planning, as her offered services seemed wonderful. However, she was consistently absent with communication and failed to uphold the services outlined in our contract. Throughout the planning process, the month of the wedding, the rehearsal, and the wedding day itself, Kalea was frequently unresponsive or unavailable. Specific issues included:  -Forgetting or mismanaging important details, the timeline, and support for the bride  -Canceling meetings or arriving late.  -Making false promises and underdelivering -Not responding to the bride  -Failing to fully take over vendor contact and payment details.  -Complete disorganization during the rehearsal. - Only attending the ceremony portion of the wedding day  -Kalea had confirmed to us that the venue provided floor length tablecloths for rectangular tables to show up at the rehearsal and find that they did not provide them. The lovely owner of the venue worked hard to find a few that might work for us. Kalea assured us that she had hired a team to assist her the day of the wedding because she had given birth one week prior to the wedding. However, she never had us meet them prior to wedding day and she only provided one person the day of the wedding who, while kind and hardworking, had not been briefed on the wedding details or timeline. This left myself MOB and the bride to constantly answer questions, remind vendors on timeline etc. We felt completely unsupported by Kalea. While we understand that personal life happens, professionalism requires a proper handoff to someone who can be fully present and prepared. We truly do not want another bride to experience the stress KP Events caused.

Alex and Cassandra took the time to meet with us in person about 1 month before the wedding. They asked questions we hadn't thought of, listened to every detail, and painted a picture of how the day would go. The actual wedding day could not have been more of a success. We had so much confidence in their coordination and we never stressed about the day. If only we could get married again just to enjoy such a perfect wedding with Desert Flower as our coordinator!

While my need for supplies has been slim, they do offer a wide variety of services and products varying from wedding DJ's to bounce houses. I've rented a mic, speaker, speaker stand and aux cord from them in the past. For a full day this has cost me around $55-$60 each time. Their customer service is top notch! I mean that. Each time I've gotten off the phone with them or left their office, I am in awe of how kind and helpful their employees are. They always have a smile on their face, a positive tone in their voice, and an answer to my questions. While the products/services they offer are great, the real thing that makes me want to return and give them my business over and over again is their customer service.
