Which is a consumers right. When picking up the vehicle some issues were identified that the quality of repair was substandard The tailgate operation needed to be corrected with an adjustment went out of their way to make this inconvenient so I completed it on my own The spray in liner was only partially sprayed, the seam was a mess and looks terrible !!! The seam in the truck bed looks like a bad scar. These are the reason I disputed $550 of a near $13000 repair! Now in retaliation for asking them to fix it Irwin is refusing to honor their warranty, their work or even speak about it anymore! Had Irwin tried to repair the issues I would have completed payment when work was corrected. At least my insurance was a reliable source and are paying for a respray of my entire bed. He agreed with all my points and said he's not doing it. It was actually a bizarre experience because he wouldn't really say why other than "legal reasons." Except that he thought it was perfectly acceptable to send us out with bald tires in the upcoming snowstorm, with brand new tires in the bed, knowing full well I will never be able to find anyone to swap them before the snow gets here. So take your chances going here and being told to "pound sand," if you have a normal set of mud tires for your truck.

Monday (6/20) the car was at his shop ready for work. He took care of the back brakes and then showed me the front. TO paraphrase," The fronts are fine, but they will need to be done soon.. Let me show you.." I want to make this clear, he said it will be fine for now. I decided to get the fronts done also. He got them done.. ALL UNDER ESTIMATE.
