That said, I'm not here to leave a one-star review. I understand that life happens -- this could very well be a small, family-run business. Maybe there was a family emergency. Maybe they're going through something difficult -- even as simple as a utility issue. We've all been there. But a small note on the door, or an updated message on their phone line, would have gone a long way in showing customers that they care. It's not the closure that upset me -- it's the silence.
