My friends and I dined here on a Thursday evening and had a wonderful experience.
The food at Chaska was fresh delicious and full of natural flavours. The butter chicken was not a weird alien shade of orange, it was a combination of green and red and brown from the tomatoes and herbs that were used to flavour it. The Saag lamb and Malai Kofta were equally amazing, but the star of the show was definitely the goat dish. Unfortunately, the name escapes me, but it was superb!
The wait staff were all super friendly and made several excellent recommendations. They were attentive and kindly ensured that none of us were driving as they topped up our wine glasses.
The decor is a bit bland, but when you have lovely friends and amazing food to look at, it's not really an issue.
