The beef is amazing natural grass feed favored in Australia. It's not as fatty as the grain fed, unnatural stuff we get in the US. Different and healthy is good! Every expectation was met! We were happy travelers! But, before I forget, the fries! They are called chips but look like what US folks know as fries.
