The service was good and employees were nice-would definitely recommend!

As someone who has also purchased tea from Teavana, a place that prides itself in quality products…read morewith high prices to match, I will tell you to save your money and just go to Chelmsford. In a city like Wichita, Chelmsford is that rare hidden gem that truly provides high quality products with great service. Their tea is also all certified organic with naturally derived flavors...all for a fraction of the cost of Teavana (seriously, two ounces at Teavana cost me $20...the same tea at Chelmsford was $7!). The atmosphere of Chelmsford is great too, especially since the staff is extremely knowledgeable and puts on numerous entertaining tea tasting events throughout the year for all of us tea lovers. And did I mention the "Tea of the Day"? All it takes is a purchase of a Chelmsford mug and you get to taste TWO different teas every day for the whole year. I have experienced so many new teas I never would have tried and it's so fun to see my favorite employees every day! Other things you can experience at Chelmsford: 1) Fresh hot tea! Brew a cup or a pot and hang out with your friends for a while. Also you can get free samples while you shop. 2) A HUGE selection of loose leaf and "Republic of Tea" teas. The staff is also great about recommendations 3) Follow them! On Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc. You can find out what the Tea of the Day is in advance and also get coupons and find out about sales. 4) Get tea shipped right to you! They do online ordering and direct delivery. I've been getting my tea at Chelmsford for over four years now and I've never been disappointed. I'll be coming back for many years in the future!

This shop carries a good quality of tea. Their blinder, who I am guessing is not in house, is very knowledgeable. The prices are quite reasonable, especially considering the quality. The staff I have met are very cordial and ready to serve. The store is very small. More than three people would make it cramped. I believe, which does not make it fact, that the balk of their business is online orders. The only reason I gave four stars rather than five is because the store hours are very limited, only a couple days a week. And because of the store's location, somewhat out of the way.

I typically visit the store with my father, we usually share a drink. He spent almost $10 on a…read moredrink for us yesterday and when we got the drink, it was so severely sweet that I called immediately and told them that I couldn't drink my half. my dad is diabetic and of course he loves sugar so he kept drinking it. I was very upset because we paid extra for a shot of espresso and it had no coffee flavor so over the phone I asked for a coupon for next time they declined. I asked for them to put my name down so I can get a discount on my next drink they declined. They said the only way was to bring the drink back for a new drink so I told him I would be there within minutes to have the drink replaced, but my dad had a drink in his half. They insinuated that I had only wanted a free drink over the phone and in person after I told them I wanted my correct drink not so sweet. They refuse to give me a new drink and basically said that I was just trying to get a free drink which that was far from true they said that they made the drink correct and that they weren't at fault however, I believe they used way too much syrup and caramel sauce and it was so sweet. I have visited over 15 different scooters locations and have been drinking scooters coffee for over eight years now with 4.5k reward points.. I am highly dissatisfied with these two locations in Hutchinson Kansas that I no longer will be spending my money and bringing my father there I feel disrespected and not cared for as a customer. I thought I would see myself working there in the past, but I'm glad it didn't work out. they only care about money and product. They don't care about their customer. Not to mention they also tried arguing with me in the drive thru.. the lack of customer care is terrible at this location. They need to learn how to properly make drinks.. if I wanted ice cream I'd go to bogey. These Scooters workers are careless and do not care about making it right. So instead of making it right I will take my buisness to Starbucks & tell everyone ik to avoid this location. They may have saved themself from making an second drink but they lost an forever customer.. which one do you think is worst.. losing an drink or losing an customer. You do the math.
