Upgrade more issues…read more Dentist. Lindgren also deliberately made my top teeth wider than my bottom teeth, resulting in misalignment. Now, all four top teeth have root canal issues, and the cost to fix this is over $20,000. On top of that, he used an intense light that left dark spots on my lips after drying the glue. It seems he did all this intentionally, with these problems only becoming apparent years later. I recorded all my visits and can provide proof if necessary. Dentist. Lindgren falsely claimed I cursed his staff, which is completely untrue. If I had, I would ask him to specify exactly what was said and to whom. I urge him to do the right thing. This behavior is unprofessional and immature. Dentist. John Lindgren and his wife, both highly educated and quick to defend themselves, seem skilled at deflecting criticism rather than addressing the real issues at hand. Despite their credentials, their behavior throughout my treatment was unprofessional and disrespectful.

After 30 min I ask the receptionist would it be better next day, she said yes tomorrow at 930. Guess what can't see me saying I had wrong day . Which I don't. Horrible care, scheduling unbelievable. Office experience the worst. I have read Dr Boyle response, Dr Boyle is probably a great dentist. The weakness is the office Staff. I came in as walk in due to a broken molar and bleeding that won't stop. Office manager said he Will see you. I waited and said office manager I really can't wait any longer , asked would tomorrow be better, my mom's hospice at home can't wait. She said tomorrow 930 ,which is way I was in your office today. She asked me can you come Wednesday then asked about Thursday. Why I wrote this review. Clearly I know walk in not allowed. So Dr Boyle the only reason I was there today was that I was given that time and day by the office manager. She didn't input the appointment forgot to do it. Even if it was for a second opinion as your office staff said. It still doesn't answer why would I come In today knowing your office doesn't do walk ins.

I have to give a HUGE THANK YOU to Dr. Jeffrey Pan for doing such an great job on my dental work…read more He did an AMAZING job on both root canals. He has the PATIENCE of Mother Teresa dealing with me and my anxiety. Honestly I am not afraid of the Dentist, I'm afraid of having a panic attack and feeling trapped. I expressed my concerns to him and he listened. He takes the time to ask me are you ok? and he made me feel safe and that makes my fear go away and keeps my anxiety at bay. If anyone is putting off a dental issue (like I did) don't do it. Call them and book an appointment, I waited 3 years and got a serious infection that made my face swell and I was foolish. THANK GOD I saw the Gold tooth on their sign in Melrose when I took my Mom to the doctor. Highly recommend them for their services and professional caring staff. Rita Rose Reading, MA

Despite leaving me with perfect teeth years ago, I failed to wear my retainers and found myself at 24 with a pretty janky smile that I was looking to fix. Dr. M suggested I try Invisalign and put me on a 9 month plan. The process was seamless, and I couldn't be happier with the results. What I've always loved about Dr. M is his ability to explain the course of treatment in a way that's easy to understand. He's also always been very realistic about results. Plus, the girls in his office are the nicest!! However, as much as I adore the whole team, I'm definitely going to be wearing my retainers this time around so I'm hoping i don't have to see Dr. M and his staff any time soon :)
