I found the bank clean and spacious. The teller who helped me, Chris, provided five star customer service in my transaction. Service was fast and friendly. I also liked the blue and silver Christmas decorations. Lines were short while I was there at 11 am. I guess I miss good old fashioned people service compared to an atm. They have atm's in and outside and a drive through if that is your thing. My recommendation is that they give all rhe employees name tags.

I used to bank with Chase for decades. The new branch manager is such a jerk I went with Schwab instead, free checking, no fees.

They do not answer their phones when the drive thru is closed and there are handicapped people who cannot walk inside (medical issues)

Came in January to open an IRA as funds were to be transferred from another bank. Apparently they…read morecan't open an IRA with zero dollars. Chase can. American Express could. So we went through the paperwork of requesting the transfer, but because the account wasn't set up, they requested a check. And of course, the check got lost. The receipt of the reissuance took just over a month. Did i receive a call that the check arrived? No. They sent an email. I called the bank,which surprisingly went through because most calls just go through and was road I'd get a return call in 30 minutes. Nope. I was at the bank 40 minutes later, a half hour before closing and was told there wasn't enough time to set up the account and deposit the check. I would not take no for an answer, so the manager told the banker to open the account. Then of course, the system failed. They couldn't open the account. They asked me to come back the next day at 10:30. At 9:56 the next morning, I received a call that the system was working so the 10:30 appointment still stood. I waited in the lobby for 5 minutes before the manager came up to me saying "We need 10 more minutes." She left, then came back saying, "So how is your dayvso far?" Really? Yes, the staff is always pleasant, but the service is as another reviewer stated "sub-par."

I'll start off with, I really love US bank, and they have never done me wrong and always have taken…read morecare of everything needed. But this branch is ridiculous. 1. The manager has no respect for confidentiality when stating your balance. You would think with large balances (or any balances) they would lower their voice. But no, this guy might as well be screaming my bank balance to the entire area. 2. Whenever you call this branch (I've called MANY times) they will pick up, not say anything, it seems like they leave the phone on the table and then laugh and chat - it seems like they're not working and just goofing off. - when you hang up and try again. They put you on hold for 20 minutes, someone else picks up the phone, says they can't help you, puts the phone back on hold, and another person answers and says the same thing until you get upset and hang up. 3. It always seems very understaffed. For some reason, every time I go in to this branch, there are tellers standing at their stands waiting to help you out. But the second you're next in line, they all leave their station and OUT LOUD state that they are going home and then just leave!! I would never ever recommend this branch to anyone, which is a huge shame since I love US bank so much.

The location is very clean and there is also enough parking in the shopping area. My goal in writing this review is to highlight the amazing customer service provided by Chelsea Burnt. She was so very friendly and professional. Chelsea went above and beyond! She was such a great help and made our experience very pleasurable. I have been with Altura Credit Union for over 25 years and highly recommend them. But I wanted to make mention of this specific branch because Chelsea made all the difference today! She deserves excellent recognition for not only enjoying what she does but also because she brings joy to others. Chelsea is a stand out Altura employee!
