I would never recommend Farmers insurance, let alone this office. I had been with Farmers since…read more2011, insuring my home, life, and auto. I never filed a claim, and I had a great payment and driving history. After purchasing a new vehicle, I knew my insurance would go up. I was shocked, though, to find my insurance would almost triple. April in this office said it would go down once I took my third vehicle off. When I did remove my third vehicle a short time after adding it, there was barely any change. When I went to April about this, she gave me a long excuse that didn't really make any sense. I was very disappointed in how April handled it all. She was terrible about getting back to me and couldn't give me a straightforward, sensible answer as to why my insurance was almost tripling. Because of that, I ended up going with another insurance company and got a much better deal on my life, home, and auto. The most annoying part is that even after I spoke with April and canceled my life, home, and and auto policies, she didn't do it correctly and continued to charge me for life insurance for my husband after I specifically confirmed with her that my husband didn't need to sign anything. She told me no, everything was canceled. Two months later, they were still charging me for his life insurance. I reached out to her to fix her mistake. Her response was, "Sorry, he does need to sign this document." I asked where my refund was for the last two months of charges. I have called several times and have not gotten a response regarding her mistake. I would never recommend Farmers or this office. April has a lack of knowledge of her job and avoids taking responsibility for her wrongdoings. These people are taking advantage of people.

Charles is great. Willing to work to get you the best deal possible. I have several policies and…read morediscounts for multi policies. I like that.

Madelaine is the best especially if you are relocating to the area. We drove in from LA a little…read moreover a year ago to look at houses and she spent the entire day with us and showed us 13 houses in one day! We found one that we loved but felt was overpriced. She agreed and was able to work with the seller's agent to get the seller to come down almost $40k. Madelaine is on top of her game so if you are serious about buying or selling, she's the one for you. I found her by looking at a list of sold listings in a six month period. I called the three agents who had bought/sold the most houses and she was the most responsive. Again, if you are serious, she is the one for you. Also, her office staff is incredibly sweet and helpful. Thank you all!

We were shocked at the quotes for our homeowners insurance in Yucca Valley...and the agent was not…read morehelpful in explaining the reasons. Someone suggested we contact Cherie Miller Insurance. Even though this was a new firm, the owner, Cherie Miller is a legend in the real estate world and we were told she got into the insurance arena to make homeowners and renters insurance more affordable with no loss in coverage. We spoke with Cherie and learned most policies are for double or triple the cost of the home being rebuilt. A $300000.00 policy on a $123,000.00 home would pay $123000.00 to rebuild it and the rest simply equates to additional profit for the agent and company! We were able to get full coverage for less than half what others had quoted and are reviewing our other policies to see what Cherie can do with them. Her background in the real estate made her a homeowner/investor advocate in insurance and we highly recommend her services for a economically wise future.
