I've worked w/several of the staff including Denise, Quetha, Patty, and Melissa. They are all very responsive when I contact via email or phone, and are always courteous and helpful. I work with Denise on a regular basis, and I can't praise her response time and thoroughness enough. I've met Joe Garcia, the owner, numerous times through the years when he visits our offices to work with my company owners. He is always engaging and kind to me, and making sure that I am being taken care of by his staff. I started using Garcia Insurance for my personal insurance, and am most fortunate to have Tammy taking care of my homeowner's insurance. She's very responsive, and knowledgeable. I have great peace of mind knowing I'm in good hands. You cannot go wrong with this insurance company! Cheers, Tracy

Woolf who was the sales representative who on Friday told me that told me he would call me on Monday to help me and never did. A a few days later when I called him back to ask why he did not call me he told me he thought when we spoke that I was in a hurry to get the policy (which I was) and that things don't happen in a day and then hung up on me! Hard to believe in these times when people are hungry for work that he did not take a few minutes to ask the right questions... he would have made a sale because I would have still purchsed the policy for future events even though it was too late to have covered the event I was working on. I called back to ask for the owner to let him know I was upset that one of his sales reps hung up on me and refused to help me and I have not heard back from him?? Greg made the process very easy, helping me decide on the approach to take on how aggressively I wanted to invest. That was 2 years ago and I am very impressed by the healthy growth that my funds have made. I recently retired at age 56, and Greg made the transfer of my 401K to a Roth IRA so simple! Greg's very personable and it means the world to me to feel that my money is in good hands. I didn't think I'd know which financial advisor to trust so I had put it off, and now wish I had met Greg sooner!
