However, I gave my rep, BRANDY FERNANDEZ the benefit of the doubt. After another week and a half and still no refund, I knew something wasn't right. After calling this place numerous times, I finally got an answer. I politely but sternly inquired about my refund and all that the gentleman (HA) could tell me is that they have "no idea and to call the IRS." Well GUESS WHAT...I called the IRS and I was informed that my paperwork had several blanks-DL number, marital status, adjusted gross income were ALL LEFT BLANK BY BRANDY HERNANDEZ, also, the address that was posted was completely WRONG. Thank God, the IRS rep was very kind and very helpful and I finally got it taken care of. When filing, I got the feeling that she just wanted me to hurry, give her the money and leave. She was not professional at all, when I stated that I was not paying the fee upfront (which was a RIDICULOUS $300) but I was going to have them take it out of my refund, she rolled her eyes and acted as if she was annoyed. After my appointment, I couldn't help but to have a horrible feeling about what just happened. Obviously my gut feeling was right. She was completely lazy and failed to type in the correct information...even when I PUT IT RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER. When I pay money to a professional, I expect that the service is done correctly. And if a mistake happens, I expect it to be owned up to and FIXED. These people did neither of these. Never in a million years would I think that I would be treated this way at such reputable company. BRANDY, you need have a little more training on customer service. You are a better fit for the local McDonald's than at HRBLOCK. Others would be smart to not go to this joke of a company!!
