If you are looking for an objective review of your practice from an experienced and knowledgeable consultant, Sherri is an excellent choice. Implement her recommendations and grow. Sherri is honest to a fault! As for the two reviewers working at the Palm Desert practice, I would say if a consultant becomes a problem, you fire them. I seriously doubt a consultant can break apart a dental practice...seems much more likely it was already at the breaking point and when the causes were exposed, the associate left the practice and took some staffers when leaving. Maybe they waited too late to call in a consultant? Associateships often fail when the dentists don't see eye to eye. I place much more faith in the reviews from dentists/owners who claim to have retained Nickerson Consulting for years and in those reviews we see the Sherri I know. Talk to her and trust your gut.
