She talks to you like you're stupid, like you're a child that doesn't know anything and has to be talked to slowly and interrupts you while you're talking. She does not know anything about customer service, she is very impatient, doesn't guide you properly, and is a coward to pick up the phone to give her name. She says there's a lot of customer service agents who pick up the phone, but in reality, It's a few who pick up the phone at the main Jackson Hewitt Office in El Paseo. Nicola Wong is the service agent who helped my family and I have yet to meet her who I hear is very knowledgeable in customer service and knows what she's doing and kindly explains to you any questions that you have. If this Elvie picks up the phone, I would suggest you to talk to somebody else, it's worth the wait. Unless you wanna be talked to like a three year-old. And I really hope she reads this because if you are, you need more schooling in social verbiage apparently. That or maybe teaching children in a kindergarten would be more suitable in your forte. Our taxes are a little complicated and Nicola makes it easy. She is always calm and courteous. She answers our questions. She explains our taxes so that we understand. We bring her a big pile of stuff and she makes magic organization out of it. Some years the magic is for the government; some years the magic is for us. The office is easy to get into.
